This cozy 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests include 2 kayaks with paddles, fun noodles and more.This lake house has 2 king rooms with new Serta hybrid mattresses. Our home is on 25 acres with a private pool overlooking a beautiful view, 10 miles south of Batesville. 5 miles south of Southside which has Harps grocery, Dollar General, Sonic, coffee and donut shops, gas station, & steak/Mexican/BBQ restaurants. We have a game room with a pool table and tv for entertainment. The pool is not heated and will be closed/locked Oct 1st through mid-May.
