We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).
