The beach is just 3 minutes away by foot. Its modern but unobtrusive interior makes it a house you will remember. From the terrace you have a beautiful view at the bay and the old center of the village.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
