Booked a few times for work colleagues. Lovely property, straightforward checking in.

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Joe was a great host. We were able to check in early and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It looks great in the photos but was even better in person.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

Caroline’s flat is lovely, even more spacious and comfortable than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable, and decor in each room beautiful done. The kitchen had lovely plates and glasses, which was a nice touch. We would come to stay again!

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Sabina was very helpful, especially when we had issues with the toaster :)

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

The hosts were great, really appreciate them readying the pool for us early in the year. very friendly and gave good recommendations for the area, and told us how to get onto the local footpaths and trails, couldn't be happier.

We hadden een prachtig verblijf. De ligging van het huis is schitterend. Zicht op zee en de duinen zijn je tuin. Het huis is heel licht en mooi ingericht. De verhuurders waren zeer vriendelijk en onmiddellijk bereikbaar. Onze kinderen hadden het er ook helemaal naar hun zin, zo dicht bij het strand. We hadden ook heel mooi weer :-)

Beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views to the sea. Lovely facilities and pretty good location only around 25 minutes from station and 20 minutes from The Laines. Bars, restaurants and shops at top of street within few minutes walk. Some noise from local pub (located across the lane but it was Friday night) but this dropped after about 11. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return. Thankyou!

Dan was soooo helpful, friendly and made it clear he was near by if we needed anything. It was easy to find. Very clean... LoVELY shower, great kitchen etc etc no complaints...WELL, JUST ONE... Wish we could have stayed longer!

L’appartement est parfait pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes, il est très agréable et très bien situé : à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, de nombreux pubs, des boutiques et la plage à proximité. Les lits sont confortable et le quartier calme. Je recommande!

Deuxième séjour chez Philip au Old Photographic Studio. Tout s’est une nouvelle fois parfaitement bien passé, nous adorons le lieu et son atmosphère ! Philip est très accueillant et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et il était malgré tout là tard dans la nuit pour nous accueillir. Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable et parfaitement équipé, la vue sur la mer est fort agréable. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

A fantastic apartment for an incredible price. Lots of lovely extras. Impeccably clean and comfortable.A spacious home from home with privacy and a lovely atmosphere. Debbie and Own are such lovely people, really quick responses and so friendly and helpful. Would recommend without hesitation and stay again in a blink.

Lovely flat, close to beach and restaurants. Ideal location for either a walk into Brighton or Hove. Very responsive host and flat was clean and very comfortable.
