The house is conveniently located 3.5 miles from I40 exit 280. 7 miles to downtown Cookeville. 8 miles to TN Tech & just 10 miles to either Cummins Falls or Burgess Falls State Parks. The house adjoins our horse pasture where you’ll get to meet & feed carrots to our horses Duke and Rio. Delmonaco Winery is very close. Permit #25-016
