PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it. House is located on the beach block of a small neighborhood of dead end streets. A trip to the ocean is a short walk. House is completely furnished (no linens). Utilities and Cable/WiFi included. There is a great area under the house that can be used in the summer months. During the winter months (October through April) this area is unavailable. All of the furniture is stored and the water for the outside bathroom is turned off.
