Irving’s place was excellent. It had everything I needed and was close to my place of duty. I appreciate that every time I had a problem or needed something Irving and his family responded promptly. Overall was a great place and kind people.

it was a very satisfying state even though I'm not sure if we got it confused or not but on the first picture we looked at it said it was a three bedroom but it was two bedrooms all we needed was two bedrooms but everything was perfectly cleaned and everything so overall we're very happy with it the only thing I believe that you do need to work on the first step when you come up the stairs the unevenness makes it a little difficult when you have a few medical issues it needs like an extra step to step into the other step that's there other than that everything was great

El alojamiento es muy cómodo, parece nuevo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para estancias largas tambien como la cocina y lavadora y secadora. Zandra siempre respondió rapido a todas nuestras consultas.

This place was a 10 out of 10! From check in to check out we loved our stay, with our boys age 9 and 11. The outdoor area was awesome and we enjoyed the pool and the relaxing atmosphere. The landscaping and greenery was so lush and tropical- truly felt like a vacation. The home had everything we needed. The BEDS and linens were SO Comfortable! The office space was nice and the separation of the living room to the bedrooms was great too! We found many places to eat nearby- we drove to them all. A car is a must here. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and we had an amazing time. The home is even better than the pictures!

House was great. Property is beautiful. Close enough to Old San Juan.

The house was everything we expected. It was in a great and quiet location. Commute to and from places were very convenient. It was extremely nice home with plenty of amenities and have a homey vibe. I left some things behind and the host was awesome at helping get those items back to me! I would definitely stay here again.

Algenis's home is the prefect combination of comfort and fun. Although you might be visiting the island to explore, his home is a great place to relax by the pool or enjoy the ac while watching a movie. During our stay the island experienced a power outage but the backup generator quickly started and we were able to continue enjoying the amenities with no impact to our stay. We are already looking forward to visiting again.

It was a pleasant experience, looking forward to booking this place again Aug 2025. She was extremely helpful and was constantly communicating and answering every question I had.

Karl was a great host always able to text and communicate. Very helpful. The house looks way better in person. Beautiful home. Pool is bigger than what it looks. Balcony views into the Puerto Rico hills full of green trees. I love it here whenever I come back I will be booking through Karl at this home again. Great home

Angels is amazing host we love his place and have been there several times and will always come back as long as he has availability. place is Immaculate,area is beautiful thank you Angel for your space. It’s beautiful. I feel right at home. 1 out of 10 he gets 100 percent satisfaction

This was our first time in PR and we loved this location. It was safe, fun, and steps away from the beach! The pool is also nice! Lots of restaurants nearby. The balcony was also very nice. We really enjoyed ourselves. Until next time!

Location, location,location! If you see this available do yourself a favor and book it, you will not regret it. Host was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. Manish was awesome and he has thought of everything possible to make your trip memorable. if I could rate higher I would, right on the beach and central to everything! You walk pretty much everywhere or grab. scooter and zip to Old San Juan (the scooters were extremely fun). Great night life in the Placita de Santurce and again the beach. Will definitely look to rebook in the future.

We had an amazing stay in Jairo's place and would definitely stay there again. We stayed for four nights. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants, sites, shops, bars. Old San Juan is very walkable and his location is perfectly centered everywhere. His place was super clean and cozy. He accommodated us with an early check-in, which was appreciated. He is very easy to communicate with. So glad we chose this spot over a hotel. It was great to have the option to use the kitchen and laundry right in the apartment. We visited over Good Friday and Easter, which are very popular holidays. The noise was surprisingly not too bad at all! We could hear some people @ 9-10pm in streets, but once we closed windows it was hardly noticeable. My husband did wake up a few times at 2am to loud people in the streets, but Jairo provides a white noise machine and earplugs which helps. I also wear a sleep mask and sleep phones which prevented me from hearing any noise whatsoever. Overall, great!!

We had a great stay at Pat’s! The little beach just across the street was fantastic and the beach essentials provided (chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler) made it an easy and relaxing getaway. The backyard area on the lagoon was also an especially peaceful spot! Pat was helpful and responsive both in planning for our arrival and in making recommendations when we asked. Highly recommend!

Ron was flexible with my check-in time which I very much appreciated. The instructions to enter the apartment were clear and the place was clean. I also appreciated him reaching out during the power outage to see if I needed anything. There was also a great view of the ocean from the balcony! I would recommend staying here!

Me encantó este airbnb, súper céntrico, lindo, MODERNO, amplio y de fácil acceso! Mi esposo y yo pasamos unas vacaciones increíbles en San Juan! Nos dejaron unos snacks, agua y gaseosas que literal nos salvaron la vida el día que llegamos porque estábamos muertos de cansancio. Gracias y recomiendo mucho este alojamiento Cristina y Manuel un 100 :)
