Es steht ein abschließbarer Abstellraum z.B. für E-Bikes od. Ski zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl für kleine Gäste ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz finden Sie ca. 200 m vom Haus entfernt an der Rupertus Therme. Für Ihre Fahrräder gibt es Platz in der Garage. Die Therme erreichen Sie in nur 4, das Stadtzentrum in etwa 7 Min. Falls Sie vor dem Check-in oder nach dem Check-out anreisen, können Sie Ihr Gepäck auf eigene Verantwortung bei uns im geschützten Kellerabgang abstellen.

Salzburg/Großgmain (11km): Traumwohnung 6 Personen

Sie mieten den gesamten zweiten Stock (90 m²) plus einen Balkon (6m²). Die helle, lichtdurchflutete Wohnung ist neu adaptiert und besticht durch moderne bzw. alte Kunst (Originale). In den meisten Zimmern liegt 60 Jahre alter, revitalisierter Parkett; so auch im Badezimmer. Die großzügige Wohnung kann auch von zwei Pärchen (bzw. einer Gruppe) gebucht werden, da es eine zweite Toilette gibt und das Bad zwei Eingänge hat und versperrbar ist. Auf die Parkettböden im Bad bitte aufpassen! :=)

With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sie ist im 2. Stock, Tür links, mit breiter Treppe. Das Haus ist in Ortsmitte von Großgmain gegenüber dem Kurpark. Die Busverbindungen in alle Richtungen liegen 2 Minuten vom Haus. Zur Stadtmitte von Salzburg sind es ca. 15 km, zum Airport Salzburg 8 km, nach Berchtesgaden 18 km, nach Bad Reichenhall 3 km.
