This building is pretty much new, so it's clean. The location may feel distant but there are a few good restaurants, spas, and a bank in walking distance. I liked this place instantly I actually decided to rent an apartment in the same building.

All of the amenities and more and Evolet and family has AMAZING attention to detail and is ALWAYS there to help!! I stayed for 3 months and would stay again!! loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🇻🇳

The apartment is clean. It is located in a building complex in such a position, that it is never exposed to direct sun. I see this as an advantage in a hot place like the south of Vietnam. The colors of furniture, curtains and bed linen match, which gives a comfortable feeling. The place is quiet. There is a gym in the building that works, and a swimming pool between the buildings. Walking distance to shopping mall and night market with good local food. All amenities are new and work well. Wifi is broadband and very reliable, I used it for conference calls 8 hours a day 4 days a week with no problems.

I decided to stay in that apartment because of its location. Overall, everything was pretty good, but what I appreciated the most was how the team was always in touch. That level of communication really stood out to me

I stayed at Thao's place for many weeks and every day was great. Thao (and her mother) are wonderful hosts and were always there for any question or request I had. The apartment is as seen on the pictures: nice, clean, cozy, quiet. It is located in a building on a very quiet street and easy to access, close to several coffee shops, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. Also just a few minutes away by Grab to the center of Thao Dien. An absolute gem. I loved my stay at Thao's place and I can't wait to stay there again once I come back to Vietnam. Totally recommended.

Great overall experience! The place was very clean and quiet. I didn’t hear any noise interrupting my sleep, which made it perfect for a relaxing stay. I felt very safe, as the property is secure and well maintained. Plus, there’s a lot to do in the area, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. The host is great and very professional. I would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay with host. Great service and hospitality and was always responsive to my questions and concerns. Loved my stay and will surely return again.

Very cute place! Amazing pool, we loved it here. Great place for the money. I liked that the place was very clean, if you need anything you can just ask the host and they may supply it to you. We ordered Grab a lot so did not cook but one day we wanted to warm up food and they helped us get set up.

Our family had a great time to stayed at Lisa's house. She super helpful host, clean apartment, the bed so comfy, the apartment has everything you need, you can make your own meal, Vincom mall close by just few mins walk. Our kids had so much fun during our stayed. Thank you for everythibg Lisa. Ofc we will def back when we back HCM.

excellent service and follow ups. always ultra responsive. went out of her way to make sure stay was comfortable although factors were out of her control. will definitely recommend and will come back for sure
