Andrews and Donna’s place is amazing. It is a beautifully renovated older home that now looks quite modern. What you see is exactly what you get and the extra room out the back is fantastic. We had a family get together and the outdoor area was perfect. The pictures don’t actually do it justice. Andrew was so accommodating and I can’t wait to stay again.

The house is well placed in that it is just a 5 minute drive to the High Street. The host has kept it immaculately clean and well furnished to be really comfortable. The kitchenware is of good quality and nothing was forgotten for the convenience of the guest. He had thoughtfully provided the essentials in the pantry and fridge so that's certainly deserving of brownie points! The bedrooms were tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this place to any family that's visiting Heathcote and we would definitely stay here again if we return to this charming part of Victoria.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Charter Farm house! The property was beautifully decorated, blending classic old-world charm with modern amenities. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the trampoline, while the men had a great time on the tennis court. A perfect retreat for families looking to relax and enjoy some outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

What a lovely homely cottage.. Beautifully appointed and very comfortable . Hosts thoughtfully put on air conditioning before our arrival as was 37 degrees and unit lovely and cool. Lots of little extras and very well done. Fully recommended. Great job guys.

Great place to stay. Plenty of off street parking, 2 in garage and space for two under carport, And an extra in the driveway. Driveway kerb is shallow, so great for Hotrods. All clean and ready to go. Fridge, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Hot water, Heater and Cooler all good. Would stay again if traveling to Bendigo.

Parklands is a wonderful vintage gem... amazing period features, especially the chimneys, pelmets and the green bathroom! it is very cosy and well equipped and the beds are super comfortable. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night but would definitely stay there again, if travelling that way. We had time for a walk around the garden and the bird life was prolific. The house is peaceful and private and the views from every window are of tranquil greenery. A big plus was the enclosed fully fenced area for the dogs.

Andreas place is simply stunning. The design is so well thought out. A dream home for sure. The gorgeous handmade wood furniture was lovely. The main bed was a hospital style bed that you can put in various positions which I did & the mattress was SO comfy. The outside area is fuctional as well as a lovely outlook to the backyard. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Cynthia's. The cottage is really nice, with a green garden and great spots to sit outside. The fit out is comfy and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

perfect little spot in Hepburn, Sharee was flexible and the place was so easy to check in to, even at 8pm in the dark (they left the lights on for us) bedrooms are get, multiple bathrooms and overall just a spacious environmental! One thing i will mention, coffee and tea is not provided at this house, so bring your own!

Superb place, large proportions. Well equipped and A+ hosting. Very private, easy to find and well located 5 minutes or so from town, which has lots of dining and entertainment options, especially the renowned Easter Festival which was our 2nd time to, and we travel to Bendigo at least 1-2 times per year. Recommend this stay to others, and close by to local shops, use of pool & BBQ facilities. An easy driving distance from Melbourne, and this destination is ideal for families or larger groups with all the space, or just a couple like us - I'm sure our children regret not coming on such a wonderful long weekend away. Lovely house with everything we needed for our family, very quiet area but close to town centre, having a pool was a bonus especially with the great weather.

We had two families stay for a week. The home is spacious and well laid out. The outdoor entertaining area is perfect and so is the pool. Chris gave us a good run down how to work everything. We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this property for a relaxing home away from home.

We were so impressed as a family how awesome this placed would be, the kids played Pool, ping pong, took advantage of all the activities offered, it was so well thought out, being able to bring our 2 dogs was amazing, we walked them everyday and they loved exploring. We will become back for sure. Thank you.

We had an unforgettable stay at Noonanmeena, a stunning passive house set on 20 picturesque acres in Redesdale. The property is beautifully situated, backing onto the Coliban River, with easy access to Redesdale town center, just a short drive away. It's also conveniently located—only 25 minutes from Heathcote and 20 minutes from Lake Eppalock. The house itself is fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. Whether we were relaxing on the deck or taking a dip in the pool, watching the sunset was an absolute highlight. John was an exceptional host—welcoming, accommodating, and great to communicate with. Thank you for making our long weekend truly special—we can't wait to return!

My wife and 2 young children spent a few nights here, though wish I had booked a week! From the moment we got here, we felt very much relaxed and comfortable. The host ‘Em was more than accomodating and was so easy to get in touch with in regards to any questions I had prior to arriving. All the mod cons are available here though the kitchen was a stand out as well as the fire place and hot tub. (Your patience will be well rewarded, trust me.) Watching the kangaroos come in to drink at the lake while sitting in a steaming hot tub is an experience. If comfort, privacy and a sense of peace is what you are after, I can’t recommend enough. We will be back.

We had a lovely weekend stay. Gorgeous home with all the creature comforts. Secure backyard full of fruit trees, it was perfect for our little dog. Comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. We made good use of the bbq and laundry facilities, we felt right at home.

We enjoyed a great working stay at Robyn’s place. The home was very clean and tidy with great rooms for everyone, excellent heating and cooling, and it was close to the centre of Bendigo for all the beautiful parks and restaurants and other things to do. Thanks Robyn :) We would love to stay again when we head that way.

Homely, quiet and comfortable. We were only here for an overnight stay but found it to be clean, comfortable and just what we needed for a quick stopover. Modern bathroom with a great shower and lovely soft linens on the bed.

This holiday was like an historical immersive experience/ museum. We loved it. The furnishings, the crockery, the knick knacks and the record collection were all excellent We played Trivial Pursuit , whilst listening to Rod Stewart, Rikki Lee Jones and the Beach Boys. What fun. Loved not having a telly. The sky was clear, filled with stars and magnificent Thx Jenny A really special place to stay

We loved our stay at Helens. What a wonderful place. From the architecture to the eclectic collection of bits and pieces around the home, to the central location and Helens wonderful communication, what more could you want. Will certainly be on top of the list should we need to stay in Bendigo again.

Once we booked in Murray left us to ourselves and we were happy with that. Our dog was able to run around the yard. Everything was just as we hoped

We had an amazing stay! The place was tidy, cozy, and exactly as listed. Our host went above and beyond. She let us check in early, which was so appreciated, especially over the Easter weekend. To top it off, she even left us some Easter eggs, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Her communication was great and made everything super easy. We felt really welcomed and comfortable the whole time. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

Alex’s place is a cute three bedroom cottage with a sprawling yard. We were in town only for one night, for a wedding, so really only spent time in the cottage for sleeping and breakfast on Sunday morning. However, sitting outside in the sun for breakfast while looking out over the garden was lovely. Newstead is peaceful and an autumnal delight. Nearby Castlemaine is vibrant with cafes young families. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the wonders of the region.
