The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located. Laura made everything simple, including easy check-in and good local tips. It was perfect and fun for four, but would comfortably accommodate more!

Uncle Bucks was exactly as pictured and described. The location cannot be beat either, having walkable access to the beach was perfect. A lot of amenities at the cottage as well, the hot tub being the best in my opinion. I had a nice relaxing week, which was the goal of my visit. Thank you again!

I was a bit skeptical at first because I've never booked a hotel room through airbnb. This experience was great. The suite was clean and I was able to have my pup with me. Located close to the beach and attractions. Great stay, would recommend.

The place was perfect for what me and my guests were looking for. Great location with a great host, Rebekka. The home is secluded but still close enough to get to anywhere in the area with a short drive. The description, amenities and pictures of her place, are spot on Rebekka was very friendly, responsive, gave tips for things to do, and was just very easy to deal with. It was a hassle free stay and would definitely stay here again if ever in the area again.

Laura and Red were great, the ice maker was not working properly before we arrived and they dropped off a bag of ice to tide us over until the machine was back online. The location is great, close to everything and also easy to get to. If you know Rehoboth, you know it can be complicated when you need to make u-turns every time you want to go somewhere. This house has easy access to a grocery store without having to get on 1. Hot tub was super clean and there are shocks provided to keep it that way through the week. Nice touches like sound machines in all of the bedrooms to drown out any outside noise. Great spot!!

This was a great place to stay and was exactly what we expected. The house is set in a residential neighborhood, but felt private. Definitely have to drive to get to the beaches, but it was not far (maybe 10 minutes, more during the busy season, I'm sure). Everything was clean. Check in was simple and easy. They do not bug you, and since everything was simple, I had no reason to contact them. Dog friendly, but so clean you wouldn't know. Fenced in back yard was perfect for your dog. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating area - although, 7 adults might be pretty cramped. Maybe 2 families max. Will definitely stay here again.

What a great home right in the middle of the Ocean City and Berlin areas! So cozy and super clean!!! We definitely enjoyed that it was pet-friendly. Super responsive hosts who also provided a lot of extras like extra linens and disposable coffee cups, etc. We hope to come back to stay!

The house was as described. Cozy and comfy with a nice, big yard and quiet surroundings. Aaron was totally responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our dog, Gumbo. Definitely recommend him as a host and his place if you want a quiet place in West Ocean City.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. Viktoria was incredibly kind and the cottage was fully stocked. We came during the offseason and weather was not cooperative at first but we were able to use the board games, watch movies, and learn some origami on the wet days. We rode the bikes and my kids loved the nearby playground and basketball court. There were treats and bowls for our dog and the neighborhood was peaceful. We were able to go to Assateague Island a couple of times and the horses were a huge hit with everyone. Our dog enjoyed the beach, too. The only misunderstanding we had was thinking the community indoor pool was included in the amenities for free. There’s a user fee but we ended up getting a couple of nice beach/boardwalk days instead so it all worked out. Viktoria was quick to respond when we asked about it and sent instructions for how to access it if we chose to do so. This was a great time away from the city for all of us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Liz was a great host and made our family feel right at home. She was a quick responder if we had any questions, which made everything even smoother. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog, Melo, along with us! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and all the activities we wanted to do. The home was cozy and welcoming, and although the weather didn’t cooperate, we would’ve loved to enjoy the backyard with the fire pit and grill. We’ll definitely be booking again!

I had a wonderful stay! Excellent location just steps from the beach. Quiet and peaceful. Dog friendly. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. WiFi worked great, which was important for me to work remotely (lots of video conferencing). I hope to return soon!

The house was exactly as seen on website would definitely stay again..definitely longer just to have a bbq and fire 🔥 easy to get to town..very quiet felt like home .i live in the woods in the hudson valley already showed my friends and family house 🏠 thank you so much 💓

We had a very nice stay. Everything was very clean and nicely appointed. Our two doodles loved it too. Will is a very gracious host and we highly recommend him and his properties anytime you want to come to the Bethany beach area. We will be coming back very soon. Thank you.

We were in town for the Easter holiday to visit family, and John's cottage was perfect for our needs. The cottage is a very short drive to the boardwalk/beach and could easily be biked. Also within walking distance to a coffee shop and brewery which was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating meals. We travelled with 3 adults and 3 kids. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which was wonderful for privacy. The best part for our family is that we were able to travel with our 2 dogs. John's house was perfect for this. The fully fenced privacy fence in the back was so great and we enjoyed our time on the wonderful screened in porch while the dogs played. Would absolutely stay again!

This place was absolutely amazing. Felt like a very safe neighborhood and was not too far from Ocean City or even just restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely stay here again. Amy gave us recommendations about things going on during our stay and we went to the jazz festival. She was even nice enough to leave us with a big tray of snacks and some water and soda in the fridge. This place was everything I could have wanted for my birthday weekend trip! 10/10 would recommend.

Great place! Sweet location. A quiet neighborhood with some cute, friendly visitors! (Neighbor’s dogs) We unfortunately picked a bad weather weekend, but we made the best of it. Our door code lock battery died our first day, but the host was very responsive and we were able to use a key for the rest of our visit. My twin bed wasn’t so comfy but I was told the other beds were, so for kids, I’m sure it would suffice. All around, fun place to stay. I would recommend it!

What a great house and location for our beach trip! The little boys played in the sand mound before and after each beach day! The outdoor shower is amazing, not rough and ugly like some. The back porch is a perfect place to land! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to have nice family dinners and relax at home in the evening. We had a blessed beach vacation at The Little Beach Cottage!

We had a wonderful 3 nights at Rehoboth Beach staying in Ruth's cottage. We had a very private stay and enjoyed walking to downtown Rehoboth as well as hanging around the cottage. It is small and cozy and has everything two people could want...including the amazing garden of a backyard! We hope to be back!

Quiet retreat is the perfect description. This place is an oasis. Not only are the gardens and scenery stunning, there is so much wildlife to see and walkable spots in nature to enjoy. Plus, the convenience of getting to the tranquil Assateague island or the adventurous Ocean City made the location perfect. The pool and hot tub were amazing perks to keep our children busy while we relaxed, and the outdoor dining area was delightful for sunset meals. Kate was an incredibly friendly host. She responded to all our questions cheerfully. We are so glad for the opportunity to have stayed here. Absolutely a five star experience! Thank you!

We booked this beach rental less than 24 hours before check-in, and it exceeded all our expectations! The house was perfect, with everything we needed, from beach chairs and umbrellas to bikes we enjoyed riding around. Being within walking distance of the beach was amazing, and we loved that we could bring our dogs. Our family had a wonderful time, and we would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay in Ocean City! Robert couldn’t have been more responsive and the space was better than advertised. So many amenities provided - it felt like we were at home! Highly recommended - we will be booking again on our next trip to the OC.

I was in the area for work and just had to look up this great place again, very excited that it was available for the dates i needed. When you're so far from home all you need is a little place that feels like home to help you get cozy amd relaxed after a hard days work. A few apdated additions since last time i sayed were very nice to see, the paved drive, the gravel walkway to the porch amd firepit and also the outside shower. Of all the places ive been to this is by far my favorite! Thanks so much again for the wonderful stay, im already looking foward to the next trip up :)
