This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). This more than 120 years old stone house was renovated with care in 2021/22. Goal was to provide maximum comfort and relaxation trough carefully designed indoor - outdoor space. During the warm part of the year our ancestors found the outdoor space as a living room with most of the everyday life happening in the yard so we took that as our main guideline on how to create a quality stay for our guests.
