The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Complete privacy in the backyard with fire-pit and grown pine trees with multiple bird houses. The surrounding grounds have many flowering perennial bushes, annuals and interesting details. The driveway has space to park at least three vehicles. You will have plenty of opportunities to experience the simple way of living.

Welcome to The Barn on Fox Alley—a piece of history nestled in the heart of Lancaster city. The Barn on Fox Alley is a repurposed garage built in 1999, transformed into a magnificent Amish barn that pays homage to Lancaster county’s rich heritage. Step inside, and you'll find yourself immersed in the warmth and character of a bygone era. The spacious interior of the barn is meticulously adorned with hand-hewn reused floors and reclaimed barn wood throughout.

The Coachman's Suite is located in the heart of the Village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. It's right across the street from Kitchen Kettle Village , a famous Lancaster County attraction with various shops & eateries. It's also a short 5 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, another famous Lancaster County attraction. A short walk, bicycle ride or drive takes you into the surrounding scenic Amish farmland of Lancaster County.
