Less than 5 minutes to Baptist health hospital This is a shared property with 2 Airbnbs although both are completely separate and private!

The Fern House

Come relax in the heart of Greenwood in this cozy one bedroom one bath home. Wash off the day in the spacious rain shower. The fully stocked kitchen includes an oven with an air fryer setting. Warm up by the fireplace or just relax by the ambient light. When you finally turn in, cuddle up under the covers of the queen bed and pull the black out curtain closed. The couch pulls out for an additional sleep space. In the morning, enjoy the coffee bar with a Kuerig, Cold brew, or drip coffee.

Located by Creekmore Park, it is in a perfect location for quick and easy access to: • Downtown / Convention Center • Baptist Health Hospital • UAFS • U.S. Marshals Museum • Tons of shopping, dining etc. on Rogers Avenue You’ll love sipping your coffee (from our coffee bar) on the back patio as you enjoy eating dinner hot off our BBQ grill or cooked in our stocked kitchen. Enjoy toys for the kids and supportive mattresses to sleep all night!

Entire Private Triplex Unit Waiting For You

Why stay at a private room when you can have the entire place for yourself. You will sleep in a queen size bed, prepare food in a full kitchen, eat in a dining area, work at the designated work area and watch TV in a living room. Whether you travel by yourself or with your significant, this triplex is perfect for you. We can provide a rollaway foldable bed or air bed for a nominal fee (depend on availability) if you prefer to have an extra bed. Only 1 pet allow regardless of type of pet.

Follow Your Dreams is a 1320 sq ft property that is modern, stylish & within walking distance to grocery, restaurants and convenience stores. It’s perfectly located & a short drive to all the best in the Fort Smith metro. You’ll appreciate the roomy interior, with each bedroom having its own en suite bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs. The property is fully appointed with all amenities, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, strong Wifi, keyless entry, and 2 car garage.

A-frame of mind for fun! A tri-story A-frame offers plenty of unique spaces for togetherness. A short walk to a private lake allows for fun on the lake or quiet reflection. Wonderful venue for rehearsal dinners or group gatherings. 10 min from Ft. Smith and 12 min from a popular wedding venue. The hosts offer catered meals & yummy home-baked treats from their commercial kitchen/catering menu. Sleeps 8 w/ 1 king and 3 queen beds (+ sleeper sofa & futon in loft if needed). Come relax!

Nestled on Main Street in Greenwood, this delightful abode has been meticulously renovated from the ground up, boasting all-new appliances, floors, walls, and furniture, for a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Conveniently located next to McConnell Funeral Home and just a couple of blocks from Greenwood Jr. High and High School, this home offers access to nearby amenities and downtown shops.

Make some memories at this unique and serene place. Overlooking the beautiful Ozark mountains, enjoy the stunning sunrise, or take a ride on Buckhorn Trails with your side by side or four wheeler. A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

The Thicket House

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cottage in the woods, in the middle of Greenwood, AR. The Thicket House is right around the corner from Bell Park which features hiking trails, playgrounds, BBQ and picnic tables, a disc golf course, and 4 pickle ball courts. The new, highly anticipated splash pad too, is around the same corner! Antiquing, coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants are just minutes away in the heart of down town.

Log Cabin/100 acres/One of a kind/Wifi-Cuddly Cow

The Cuddly Cow features a full kitchen with laundry, eating bar and dining area. There is one large bedroom with a king size bed. The room has a slider out to the front with table and chairs to have a peaceful enjoyment of nature. Full size bathroom with shower over tub and dual sinks. There is a pool next to this cabin that is not useable for guests due to insurance limitations. We have 3 addt'l cabins on the property, Velvet Rooster, Happy Hound & Pampered Peacock.
