Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

This stylish newly renovated apartment in the basement floor of our house has everything that you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the outskirts of Stockholm. The area is calm and close to nature. The commuter train stops 15 min walk away, and it takes you to Stockholm central in approximately 20 minutes. The university of Karolinska Huddinge, Polishögskolan, Södertörns högskola, Red Cross university and the large university hospital of Karolinska Huddinge is 10 min away by car.

In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
