An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Lovely light and spacious bungalow set in our beautiful gardens with a stream running through the middle of it. The Bungalow is carpeted throughout except for the kitchen and bathroom. Perfectly located for exploring Dartmoor, and the beaches along the south coast. Plenty of off-road parking. Great base for walking or cycling or just relaxing on the patio or strolling around our fields which have frontage to the River Teign. Several local country pubs nearby.

Easy to access from the A38 and well connected, which makes this the perfect base to visit the moors, sea, or Cities (Plymouth or Exeter). The cottage has two friendly pubs within 100 yards of the front door and a number of local shops and amenities for you to explore. Not suitable for children and elderly.

Suitable for max. 2 adults (especially walkers or cyclists), ideally positioned for access to the delights of the Moor and woodlands on our doorstep, the coast (10 miles away) and Exeter (15 miles) and Plymouth (25 miles). En-suite shower-room and fully equipped kitchen.

The Little Art House

The Little Art House is situated in the picturesque old part of Moretonhampstead on Dartmoor. This compact 17 square metre space has, within its own private entrance, a small, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a little bedroom with double bed (135cm x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. We also offer free car parking, secure cycle parking and Wi-Fi. There are three separate steps leading up to the property.
