Our house is conveniently located near casinos, Mystic, vineyards, Nature's Art Village, Naval Submarine Base, CT College, USCG Academy and several beaches. Enjoy the fire pit on our large deck under the gazebo year round. In the summer cool off in the pool. In the winter relax and enjoy some cozy time under the stars in the heated igloo. Outside under the deck there is a propane grill, propane fire and a table with chairs. We provide all that you need so all you need to bring are you clothes, personal toiletries, food and drinks. We have 2 1/2 miles of trails on the property that you can explore. There is a brook with a small pond where you can fish and a small waterfall.

Located on the Norwich Inn and Spa property, this Villa is a true one bedroom unit with access to two clubhouses (9am-10pm) which include a sauna, gym, hot tub, and saltwater pool access (seasonal). It is also located a few miles away from both Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Resort and Casino with many amazing restaurants to chose from in the area. If you are a fan of golf, we are located right on the back 9 of the Norwich Golf course! Lake of Isles golf course is also about 15 minutes away.

You have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to yourselves in a 3 family home. Please be mindful of tenants with noise after 9pm. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. Older home, with vaulted ceilings and original charm, price is right for the area. Welcome!
