Super comfy queen bed, plus two additional sleeping options: a chaise in the bedroom, and a twin-size daybed in the the living room. Keurig coffeemaker and bottled water dispenser. Our guest house is a spacious 681 sq. ft. house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, eating area, full kitchen, stackable washer & dryer, separate private entrance and one outdoor parking space next to the guest house and additional parking located on the street. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

This is a full basement w/private entrance and private space. We live on the top two floors. A quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street. Queen size bed in bedroom, sofa bed queen and a futon with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is no kitchen but access to a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils.
