The Hogstad Homestead

The Hogstad Homestead has been in our family for nearly 70 years. The name is in honor of my great grandparents Ardell&Elaine Hogstad who bought the property in the early 1950's. They raised their two children there and also operated a farm for many years. Since then it has been home to many family members. In 2017 my husband & I had the opportunity to buy it. It was home to us for 5 amazing years where we created many happy memories. We are now ready to share this special property with others!

Duncan Creek House

Contact me if you’d like a longer term stay and I’ll open up more dates in January, February,March & April. This is a cozy house located on Duncan Creek where you’ll hear the lovely sound of rushing water and will likely spot some eagles. It is located within walking distance of Leinie’s Lodge, Irvine Park, Olson’s Ice Cream Parlor and local hiking/bike trails. Dogs are welcome. The cancellation policy is set as “Strict”, but I’ll give full refunds if you cancel at least 14 days in advance.

The 55 Classic

Just a stones throw from Lake Wissota. A true gem of a house with fine craftsmanship, set on a large lot with mature trees, ample off Street parking, 3/4 mile from Lake Wissota Boat Launch. Conveniently located just off Highway 29, near Highways 178, 53, 94 and near Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, shopping, dining, fishing, boating, swimming and so much more! This is a 1955 Classic, not new, not perfect. Although the space has had some upgrades and will get more, the original charm will stay.

A Suite Getaway

You'll love this place because of the spectacular views, horses, wildlife, fishing, hiking and hot tub for relaxing, a romantic getaway or simply just girl time. This spot is perfect for couples or solo adventurers! A unique suite is attached to an elegant vintage peg barn. Space for bringing horses, snowmobiles or ATV's since we have trails. A mile away from snowmobile trails and 25 mins from a State Park. Also, perfect for snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Fire pit available.

The Emery Inn

This two-bedroom, one-bath *second story* loft style living space is perfect for your stay in Eau Claire. Boasting a washer and dryer, full kitchen, keyless entry, many windows and comfortable furniture – you will feel right at home in this cozy and functional space. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from downtown and UW-Eau Claire. This area offers many options for dining, the arts and shopping. Everything you could want or need is a short drive, bike ride or walk away.

A cozy shed house located in the hills of Coral City, WI. This Shed house includes a private deck, cozy living room, full kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower and extra air mattresses, sheets, & pillows for guests. It is surrounded by nature but near to the city. We are also located close to many wedding venues. The Shed House is a separate building, but located on the same property as the owner's home. During the winter months, 4-wheel drive is necessary.

Use of ice skates included in winter. This gem of a property is also dog friendly! Perfect place for a business team getaway as well.

The Granary Guesthouse @ Harvest Home Farm

Harvest Home Farm is located at the end of a dead end road nestled in a valley, just 4 miles northeast of Whitehall, Wisconsin, in beautiful Trempealeau County. The 160 acre farm has a long term focus on raising grass fed sheep and poultry. We also have a produce garden, a berry patch, and an apple orchard. The farm has 80 acres of mixed hardwoods and softwoods and an abundance of wildlife as well as a network of walking trails.

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom tiny home close to downtown Eau Claire is cozy, stylish, and has everything you need! Make yourself at home in our tiny boho-chic oasis. If you want to be in the heart of Eau Claire, this is the place for you! We're located less than 5 minutes from downtown, bars, restaurants, shopping, and all amenities. We're pet-friendly, but please note that we charge a $25 pet fee per pet.

This three bedroom home is situated in a quiet neighborhood on Eau Claire's west side. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The back yard is fenced in with a hot tub, swing set, gas grill, and fire pit (fire wood is for sale at local gas stations). Folding chairs are available in the garage and so is a set of bags. The family room has a brand new 85' smart TV.
