Killington Skiing, Pico Peak, Sugar Bush, Mad River are all within distance. Killington is 14 miles away. Fall folliage is fabulous; kitchen well equipped; very light and lovingly cared for. Spring and summer are just as wonderful. I am walking distance to the White River where there is canoeing, tubing and swimming. Within walking distance is the Gaysville Campgrounds. Here you'll find river access to a fabulous swimming hole in the White River as well as trails to explore or walk your dog.

This is a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment with a queen-size bed. It is convenient to mountains, lakes, and more. A great place for a trip skiing, hiking, biking, or kayaking . . Check out our guidebook for many fun places to see and places to enjoy. The apartment has a small kitchen. It has almost anything you would need. Curtis and I live in the yellow house across the driveway and welcome any requests you might have. We are located on a country road that is quiet and enjoyable.

We are close to the fascinating history, arts, and shopping of Woodstock VT, and near several downhill and cross country ski and snowshoe centers, Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park, and lots of hiking trails, as well as within a short drive of Hanover NH and White River Junction VT. Close to three ski resorts: Killington, Okemo, and Pico. Dogs are welcome and loved, with plenty of room to run. Comfortable queen-sized bed and couch.

The Cluck House

The Cluck House (360sq. ft) was converted from a chicken coop into a 1 bedroom guest space in the 1950’s. Today it is still used for extra sleeping quarters during the warmer months (May 15-Oct 15). Please Note: The Private Full Bathroom Is Located In The Main Farmhouse, just a short walk across the lawn. We are pet friendly and welcome guests who wish to travel with them. We charge a $35 Cleaning Fee per trip.
