We had the most wonderful stay as a family at this truly gorgeous apartment in an equally gorgeous location. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed - the space is full of natural light, beautifully clean, and has such a calming, homely vibe. It’s perfectly situated with easy access to both the vibrant Brighton seafront and the city centre, making it ideal for both relaxing and exploring. Having a dedicated parking spot was such a bonus, and the local residents were incredibly kind and helpful - it really added to the sense of feeling at home. What stood out the most was the host’s amazing communication: so quick to respond, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout our stay. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave. This place felt like a little slice of calm and joy, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Clair's cottage was beautiful and radiated the love she clearly puts into it. There was a lovely basket of goodies and breakfast, tea, coffee, milk and cereal which was enormously helpful. There were so many lovely touches - things in the bathroom should you have forgotten anything for instance. Clair was incredibly helpful with parking, times to check in and out etc. It was a shame we were only there for one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

The place was such a quirky, lovely space. The main bathroom with double shower and steam room stood out and the flexible living space. Was perfect location and especially with parking so close to the pier etc it was great value for money. Hosts were fab, attentive and responsive when needed. Thank you for having us and we would definitely stay again.

Great place, beautiful decoration clean throughout and felt right at home. Sarah left us a welcome bottle of Prosecco and breakfast for the morning plenty of condiments butter, jams etc. However my only slight reservation are the pictures of the air b&b I thought we would be on the sea front. Instead it is a short yet simple walk down to the beach.

Lovely comfortable flat and easy to find. The free parking was incredibly helpful too! The bed was very comfortable and everything was included that you could need. The pigeons were quite loud at around 4am but we just stuck some white noise on and went back to sleep ,Also...I really quite like pigeons so it wasn't a huge problem. :) Will was very helpful and communicative throughout - thank you! x

A really lovely, comfortable flat in a great location in kemptown, Siobhan kindly left a dog bed and bowls and snacks for us and had some great recommendations for local cafes and pubs. Lovely little patio too, and such a comfy bed, would highly recommend!

We can't say enough good things about Seaside HQ. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and informative and went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order during our stay. The location was perfect for us, we were close by shops and the pier and was perfectly set up to make us feel like we were home away from home. We would highly recommend Seaside HQ and hope to visit again soon!

Perfect location with the beach less than 5 minutes away local shops less than 10 minutes away, and the town centre around 15 minutes away, once you park up you don't need to use your car. Peaceful with everything you need. A lovely garden, with a wooden cabin to use.

I was looking for somewhere for me and my wife to relax and reset for a few days, and Jude's place was perfect. Jude was very easy to deal with from start to finish and was very helpful. The place is exactly as described and is very peaceful. I 100% recommend a stay here and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Jude.

Nice little camper trailer house. Thin walls and small...but that's part of the package. We enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach. Near Eastbourne. Five minutes to LIDL. The heat was a little wonky. But our host was very helpful and provided excellent communication. Loud neighbors partying late the first night but quiet our second night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Justina was super responsive and able to answer all questions, including be able to allow for an early bag drop off. place was gorgeous, well cleaned, well presented and perfectly located as well to be able to use hilton services if needed. would definitely recommend and can only thank Justina again for letting us to stay!

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Dolly’s Delight was an absolute treat. We very kick enjoyed our stay there. Superb accommodation, with luxurious bedding, 2 good showers, very well equipped and with a view of the sea. By night the stars shone brightly. The Bay is a lovely quiet park but with the benefit of the facilities at the main park 1 mile up the road. We ate at The Boathouse one evening and the food was very good with some good choices for children. We’ll definitely be booking again. Thanks Jenny.

A great stay in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and close to Shoreham town centre with easy buses in. Felt right at home and communication was top tier. Definitely consider this for a weekend beach getaway!

An excellent find. Beautiful house that exactly matches the description. Shellie was great at communicating and answering any questions. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Easy access to Brighton and surrounding areas giving lots of options for things to do. Wish we’d stayed longer.

Firstly an incredible host. Always proactive, always helpful. Simply the best. A lovely house for our family in a great location in which to enjoy hove and Brighton.

Fantastic what the hosts have done with the tiny box, modern looking & everything you need - Great location in the middle of the marina - lots of activities bars & restaurants & just a short walk or bus ride into Brighton city centre - very enjoyable 3 night stay & would recommend We will be back to the marina for another get away in the future Many thanks Steve & Jade

We had a great two night stay here, perfect for what we needed. Great location with the beach, shops and restaurants very close by. Nice walk along the seafront into Brighton and bus stops close by connecting to different parts of Brighton.
