Given the open concept design - there is not a lot of privacy between bedrooms, just a big bookcase room divider b/w the rooms. There are a few sitting area's outside and a green roof too! Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.
