There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Tiny Living at The Laundry Room

Located in Netherbury village seven miles from the beach, The Laundry Room is a self-contained, self-catering annexe adjoining a 225-year-old cottage. There are stunning views, places to visit and plenty of walking opportunities. With its own private access, a cosy bedroom, sleek shower room and fully equipped kitchen, this is warm and welcoming Tiny Living. I look forward to the pleasure of your visit to The Laundry Room.

The modern newly built luxurious self contained annexe is located on the ground floor, with its own front door to the right hand side of the main house. Guests will be greeted with external seating to the front, There is private off road parking for 2 vehicles with ramped access up to the front door, we also have a Key safe to the right of the front door, code available on request for late /Early access etc.

The Stable

The Stable is a stylish converted barn for two, or a couple with a young child, set on a peaceful working farm in Broadoak. Surrounded by rolling hills and country walks, it’s just a short drive to Bridport and the Jurassic Coast. The spacious interior blends comfort with character, and outside there’s a private, landscaped garden with lawn and patio — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Dorset.
