Our cosy timber cabin is the perfect spot for walks along Offa's Dyke, visiting the local historical landmarks and gardens, or just getting away from it all. Rose Cottage is in a quiet, secluded spot with beautiful views, yet only 2 minutes walk from the Harp Inn award-winning pub. The pastel High Street of Presteigne and the walking town of Kington are both 10 minutes drive away, and the book town of Hay-on-Wye is only half an hour.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

Relax in the vaulted ceiling living room with log burner, leather sofa, pine table and chairs, super fast broadband and Sony TV. Sleep in the cosy 5ft brass bed, soak in the deep bath or rain shower in the bathroom. Cook up a storm in the modern fitted kitchen. Enjoy stargazing in the secluded garden with fire pit. Sorry, no pets or children.

Surrounded by amazing views of the Welsh hills, in its own secure paddock Harry's has a double bed, bed-settee Woodburner, radiator, kitchenette and ensuite. Hot drinks, cafitier, towels, hair toiletries ❤️ We also offer a breakfast hamper comprising of our own freerange, rarebreed sausage and eggs, plus bacon, vine tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, sourdough, spreads, butter and blueberry pancake mix. Please order before arrival. 😁

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. When the zombies come, they will walk straight past the dead-end road that leads into a drovers' lane, as they won't believe anyone lives there. When we say it is remote, it is. When we say it is magic, it is. There is something about our Secret House that is very special. As soon as you walk through the door, the world disappears, as does stress—apart from keeping the fire lit!

Harp Meadow Cabin is a newly built cabin with a hot tub and modern interiors. It is situated just outside the border town of Presteigne, a 5 minute stroll or short drive will see you reach all of Presteigne’s amenities. Able to sleep 6, at Harp Meadow you can sit back and enjoy the countryside views from the Juliette balcony, enjoy alfresco dining from the patio, relax in the cosy living space or enjoy bubbles in the hot tub.

The house is ideally placed on Church Street, with views of the church and open countryside at the rear, yet is only a short walk from the centre of town. The path leading down to the River Wye is close by. The house has its own private garden. Meet and Greet or self check in with key safe. Guests can choose which option best suits their needs. Book with our adjacent holiday let, Hen Dy, to gain an extra two beds.

THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 OR PETS A two-story annex with exceptional views of the River Wye and surrounding countryside. This property is approx a 5-minute drive from the town of Hay-On-Wye famous for its books, & is near the Brecon Beacons National Park. Approximately 30 minute drive to the city of Brecon, and a 40 minute drive to the city of Hereford.
