A truly stunning property! View overlooking Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton is one of a kind and definitely beat expectations. Great kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. Will be the first place we look next time we are in Hot Springs.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

Beautiful place....all amenities provided. Comfortable beds....steam shower is awesome! Frank is a very hands on host...proactive....wanting to make sure we had a great stay!

We loved our stay here! The cottage was super cool with it being built into the mountain and everything was clean and comfortable. Great location as well! Lauren was super helpful with instructions and tips and check-in/out were a breeze. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

My husband and I just needed to stay one night - the place was squeaky clean, nice, and comfortable! Also the little touches like shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, plenty of towels, snacks, and fresh coffee were just great!! We need more hosts like this!!

We came down for Arkansas Derby weekend, and this was the perfect place to stay! The house was just the right size for me, my husband, and our two adult children with their spouses. Each couple had their own room, and the common spaces were ideal for gathering, playing games, and enjoying great conversation. The kitchen was a standout feature with its spacious island—perfect for snacking and socializing. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This condo was perfect for our stay. It was quiet and clean. We loved the loft style bedroom. If there was anything that was missing it would be a tv in the bedrooms. We would stay again!

To start..I have never had a host like this at any other place I’ve stayed! From letting me know the place was ready, to helping me understand the heater, to letting us know the next night was available and if we wanted to extend our stay. For that I am grateful, thank you Philip! The place was amazing! Very clean, very quiet! Loved that it was an end unit also! The added touches..drinks, candy, all the amenities! I’m a tea drinker so I loved that you had something to make hot water with. The deck was perfect to sit out on in the mornings and then also in the evenings..perfect sunset view! Thank you for a great stay we will definitely be back❤️
