We had a great time staying at Barbara’s. The apartment is very spacious well equipped and located just 3 mins walking from the beach. Barbara was very nice and always available for questions. She advices us some good places to eat and checked almost daily if we needed anything. We had some bad luck with the weather and asked if we could have a late check out to enjoy the sun and beach on our last day. Barbara rearranged with the cleaning staff so we could enjoy the beach for some more hours. We are very grateful and happy to have stayed with her. Can only recommend!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit riesiger Terrasse direkt beim Hafen in San Vincenzo und tollen Blick aufs Meer. Einige Strände in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober im Appartement. Im Ort selber war nicht mehr viel los aber es waren noch genug Restaurants offen. Bäckerei und Supermarkt ebenfalls in der Nähe.

Great experience on the farm! We loved the beach bike ride and the morning view of the cows. Happy we booked our stay here. Check in was flexible which was much appreciated.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist grosszügig mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist das Städtchen in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der Privatparkplatz schätzten wir sehr. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abbiamo trascorso la settimana di Capodanno in questo appartamento molto confortevole, che si trova all’interno di una villetta circondata da un bel giardino, da cui si accede direttamente alla spiaggia. La vista che si gode dalla casa è veramente bellissima ed i tramonti sul mare sono spettacolari. L’appartamento è dotato anche di impianto di riscaldamento, cosa non comune nelle abitazioni al mare, che consente di poter soggiornare ottimamente anche in periodi freddi. L’accoglienza è stata ottima e ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i Ariannas lägenhet. Bra område och nära till allt, fin lägenhet och fantastisk terass! Arianna är väldigt trevlig, svarade alltid snabbt och gav oss flera bra tips på restauranger, platser att besöka och fina stränder. Vi hoppas på att kunna komma tillbaka snart!

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.

Abbiamo trovato un host cordiale e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento non è molto grande, ma sufficiente per trascorrere i momenti di relax in casa. Ha un soggiorno spazioso e una cucina a vista fornita di tutti gli accessori necessari per rendere la vacanza senza pensieri. Ottima la possibilità di avere un parcheggio privato e una piscina condominiale. Spiaggia e ristoranti sono vicinissimi all'appartamento. È stata proprio una vacanza piacevole, ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What an amazing location with a sensational view. We were looking for a restful location in picturesque surroundings where we could relax and unwind; this was definitely that place. After a day at the beach (7 min walk - downhill way there and quite a steap climb back if you decided not to drive) this had all the (immaculately landscaped) outdoor living spaces you need to relax into the evening and look out to sea as the day ends....views you could even enjoy from the brilliant outdoor shower! The accomodation was perfect for our group (3 adult couples) and on the warmer days it was nice to have the air conditioning. Both the owner and the host were helpful and responsive throughout. The only noteworthy things are that the drive into the location was along some tight and twisty cliff roads (I would not like to drive it in the dark) and the local beach is rocky so I would highly recommend swimming shoes. Overall we felt this was a magical place and had an amazing stay!

Abbiamo passato una settimana tranquilla zona adatta per bambini ,a 10 minuti a piedi c’era una spiaggia adatta per bambini anche per un neonato di 1 anno ci siamo trovati molto bene . La signora Franca era molto disponibile e gentile. Grazie di tutto .

Die Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Auch die Gästebewertungen waren hilfsreich, wir wussten vorher, dass die Besitzer im gleichen Haus wohnen. Es hat überhaupt nicht gestört, die Nicola und Antonia sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Schwimmbad war super gepflegt. Das einzige, was bei + 32 Grad gefehlt hätte, wäre eine Klimaanlage, aber mit dem Ventilator konnten wir auch sehr gut schlafen. Die Umgebung ist sehr abwechslungsreich, man muss aber immer das Auto benützen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefüllt, würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber. Der Pool war gut nutzbar, wir waren oft alleine und ungestört. Der Strand war in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Viele Restaurants die wir mit dem Auto schnell erreichen konnten. Lediglich die Zufahrt zum Hause ist etwas holprig, mit einem Roadstar nicht befahrbar. Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit.

We had a really great time with Silvio. The flat is really DIRECTLY on the beach. Silvio's introduction to the flat and the surrounding area was also great. We will definitely come back again!

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

La casa di Margherita si trova a letteralmente dieci passi dal mare, ancora più bella che nelle foto. L’alloggio è pulitissimo e molto accogliente, si dorme sentendo il rumore del mare. Margherita è stata disponibilissima e ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli per visitare la zona. È stato un piacere soggiornare nella tua bellissima casa e saremmo felici di tornare alla prossima occasione! Grazie per tutto 😊

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana nell' appartamento di Massimiliano. Ci siamo veramente rilassati e sentiti a nostro agio. Tutto come da descrizione, anzi ha superato le aspettative. Spiaggia libera e fruibile proprio di fronte al cancello di casa e vista mare stando a tavola in soggiorno. I bagni e le spiagge attrezzate sono ai lati della spiaggia libera , altrettanto comodi con accesso anche tramite rampa per disabili. Posizione ottimale anche per le passeggiate serali in quanto si trova sulla via pedonale, ma in una zona leggermente defilata rispetto ai bar e ristoranti più frequentati e rumorosi. Nell' appartamento c è tutto quello che può servire ( lavastoviglie, lavatrice, macchina del caffe) ed il posto auto. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere a casa e contiamo di tornarci.

Das kleine Haus von Stefano ist sehr originell und entzückend. Man sieht mit wie viel Liebe und Begeisterung das „ehem. Elektro“-Haus hergerichtet ist. Der Garten ist wunderschön, mit viel Licht aber auch viel Schatten im Sommer. Die Terrasse ist wunderbar zum chillen und Essen. Stefano ist ein toller Gastgeber mit super Response Zeit auf Fragen. Stefano hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns das Haus gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage zum Strand ist unter 50m, also super easy zu erreichen. Es gibt originelle Strandbars mit sehr guter Küche. Meine zwei erwachsenen Töchter und ich können das Haus von Stefano sehr empfehlen. (Achtung: es gibt kein Wifi, aber der Empfang in und rund ums Haus ist gut, wenn man genügend Datenvolumen hat, kein Problem!)

We had a great time in Alda's lovely apartment. The beach is just a very short walk away, and the apartment is cozy and well-equipped. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and communicative. Would definitely recommend it! Thanks

Super Unterkunft, vor allem mit Kleinkindern. Spielzeug war vorhanden (Duplo, etwas Playmobil, Brettspiele, Puzzle, Roller). Heizung war sehr angenehm (März/April). Sehr helle Küche/Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Stadt/Burg, Sonnenauf- und Untergang. Küche war super ausgestattet (zb mit Pürierstab). Leider war die Waschmaschine kaputt (das war eines der wichtigsten Kriterien bei der Suche nach einem Appartement) , was sehr nervig war, da wir nicht so viel Kleidung dabei hatten und so etliche Male in den Waschsalon mussten. Pietro hat sich aber sehr schnell um einen Techniker und dann eine neue Waschmaschine gekümmert. Für die nächsten Gäste sollte also alles passen 😊 Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und man ist schnell in der Stadt. Wir würden wiederkommen. Vielen Dank Pietro für den schönen Aufenthalt!
