The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Studio Annexe

The Studio Annexe is a completely self-contained, compact and functional space that has everything needed for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Located in the heart of Dorset, the Studio is perfect for exploring many places of interest. It is 15 minutes drive to Poole Quay with its many bars and restaurants and 20 minutes to Sandbanks and the ferry to Studland and beautiful sandy beaches. Also, a 15 minute walk will take you to all the local restaurants, cafes, bars & shops.

A quiet residential area a few minutes from Poole, and a 15 minute drive from the centre of Bournemouth. Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Lovely newly converted self contained annexe 1.8 miles from Poole town centre and 3 miles from the iconic Sandbanks beach. Shared access with host to rear court yard with dining area and seating area. We provide a complimentary welcome light breakfast of cereal and toast, as well as tea, coffee, juice,milk, butter and jams. No extra charge. Easy access by bus to both Bournemouth & Poole.
