Joseph was VERY responsive. His place was perfect for what we needed this Easter/Boston Marathon weekend. Quick access to the Green Line C light rail meant hassle free connection to everything Boston.

This was the nicest airbnb I've stayed in. It feels like a home rather than a commercial rental. I was looking for a writing retreat and this place was perfect. It has two nice workspaces, comfy reading chair and sofa, a kitchen fully stocked with staples.cookware and small appliances, so I could whip up meals easily when I didn't want to go out. It's walkable to all the interesting sights and stores around town; I never used my car for five days. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the interior is warm and charming, just enough nice furnishings and fun art without being cluttered. Best of all, Carlina and Bethany are the most thoughtful, generous and warm hosts you could wish for. They anticipated my every need before and during my stay, responded immediately to questions, supplied me with fresh eggs from their hens, and in general, made themselves completely available while respecting my desire for a solitary retreat. If I lived in New Bedford, I know we'd be good friends.

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive: * We flew in from the west coast on a red eye, and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The hosts very graciously let us check in super early, so we could take a post-flight family nap. * It was cold and snowy during our visit, and the host was on-site right after the storm to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways. Their proactive actions made it possible for us to safely ferry our young children back and forth to/from our car. In addition, the Airbnb was very clean, and came stocked with enough cookware/etc for us to cook and eat family meals together. The travel crib was excellent and fit, assembled, into the closet of the main bedroom. The bedding was clean and warm. And the entire place, despite being in a basement, is centrally heated; we could keep it warm enough for our young kids despite the cold weather. And there were some toys! A great place for families

We had a good stay in Somerville. It's close to the T for easy transport into Boston, and Harvard was a 20 min walk away. The facilities in the flat were as described with a very useful dishwasher and washing machine and dryer available. The kitchen was well equipped with a good oven, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. Plenty of space in the living room, and both bedrooms were a good size. The house guide had useful tips on food shops, restaurants, and local things to do. We'd recommend the flat for a good base to explore Boston and the local area.

Well-equipped, clean, well maintained. A very quiet neighborhood. Not near major attractions, but if you have a reason to be in this part of the Boston suburbs (as we had), then I highly recommend Craig's place. The description rightly described the available parking space as "very small." That is accurate; a pickup-sized vehicle would probably not fit. But our midsized SUV was able to squeeze in.

Simon elevates hosting to a whole new level and provides a tough act to follow. He pays attention to detail and has carefully considered and included all the things that will make you feel both welcomed and comfortable. The home is spotless, very modern and tastefully decorated. The linens are of a great quality and the beds are super comfortable. The master shower is wonderful, and Simon has so thoughtfully provided amenities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The location of the home is great in a quiet neighborhood with parking spaces provided. The home has lovely natural light and even great views out of the windows. Both Simon and his home is a standout and so far, my best experience with Airbnb to date. Simon goes above and beyond to make your stay a luxurious one and by that, he makes it hard to leave but easy to want to return to.

We were a family of 5 visiting Boston for a few days on a 2 week tour. This place was ideal for us - very clean, seemed really new in fact. Loads of space, 3 TVs, everything you need in the kitchen and a bonus of 2 bathrooms. It's quite close to to downtown boston, we drove and used the T which you can get from Sullivan Square. The T is much quicker and cheaper, parking is extortionate in the centre. It's also really close to Assemby Row which has loads of restauarants and shopping.

We stayed for three nights for our daughters wedding at the cape club and it was close to the venue, easy to find, beautiful home in a peaceful setting and right near the bike path which was great for morning runs!!! I would absolutely recommend this beautiful home for a large group to stay and enjoy the Falmouth area!!!

We had an awesome stay. The entertainment center in the basement complete with an air hockey table / table tennis, arcade and massage chair were hits for adults and kids alike!

This was a family Christmas getaway, and it was perfect.

Ana’s place was perfect for our long weekend girl’s trip. The kitchen, grill, and outdoor seating were great for a cookout. We loved walking and biking to Morning Glory Farm for coffee, breakfast, and produce for our day!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

BEAUTIFUL, SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND FURNISHED! Directions, Entry Instructions and communication from Xuan could not have been better. The area is clean, residential, and Cape Cod quaint...and 4 minutes from some great restaurants, a Stop & Shop, and auto shops, as needed. Close to Route 28, so access to the entire Cape is easy. The 3 Bedrooms were great; there were 2 futons in the Living Room to accommodate extra guests---we had 2 couples + 1 single and were very happy. Modern, undamaged furnishings made staying there a breeze. The kitchen was great, clean, stocked with utensils and cooking necessities and very functional (although we really didn't do lots of cooking). Backyard and fire pit were nice, off of a great deck...but there was a state-wide ban on fires, so we didn't use the backyard on cool evenings. For 5+ people, very fair daily cost. Thanks!

This was a fantastic air bnb, absolutely perfect location right by alewife. Quiet, well equipped and extremely clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bathrooms were fully stocked and spotless. Beds were very comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay a lot! Thank you!

Mike's place is great, we were looking for more of a quiet stay for new years and would stay again. Really appreciated it was dog friendly and has a fenced in area along with parking

We absolutely loved our stay at Julia’s home! It was in amazing location close to the beautiful downtown but also very private. The private beach is hard to beat! The space was clean, exactly as pictured, and was stocked with anything you could need. Julia was an amazing host who provided clear instructions and responded quickly. We can’t wait to return for our next stay here. Thanks again Julia!!

We had a great week thank you John. The location is perfect and very central. Very quiet and the house is tastefully decorated. We loved the fire and comfy sofas. It was off season but plenty of things open and wonderful beach walks. Definitely visit Tim’s bookshop, Kohi’s coffee and Mac’s fish market for fresh fish and lobsters. We are out at The Canteen and Finizzi’s both were excellent. If we visit PTown again we’ll be back to stay here. Highly recommended.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

This was my second stay at Garrett’s and the place was just as nice as I remembered (plus a a few upgrades). Garrett’s always quick to respond to inquiries, unit had just about everything we needed including beach towels and location is great as it’s a short bike ride from center town and peaceful/quiet if you’re looking for a balanced vacation.

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

We were on the Cape to celebrate my mother’s 98th birthday. This was a perfect place for my husband and I as well as our daughter with our 5 month old grandson.

10/10. Nice, modern space with everything we needed. Very close to the heart of PTown and a quick bike ride to the beach. The patio is so private and peaceful -- feels like you're in a forest, which is just not something you find that close to Commercial Street! And the outdoor shower is fantastic -- especially when you've just come from the beach and want to keep the sand outside. Host was friendly and very helpful. Would absolutely book this place again!
