This old rustic boathouse - turned cottage - sits directly on the St. Lawrence River (within feet)! It has a queen bed and a single couch turned bed on the porch. Pots, pans, and all cooking utensils provided. It’ll sleep three/three people maximum, please. Quiet atmosphere. No pets are allowed. The cottage is closed Columbus Day through May 5th. You’ll need to bring sheets, towels and pillowcases only. Fish off the dock, swim in the swim area, or simply watch the ship pass in front of you

An upstairs apartment, above The Fig and Fox 1858 shop (vintage and provisions) and just across from a wonderful coffee shop & cafe, brewery, gift shops, grocery store, & ice cream! Just a block from watching the ships travel between the Great Lakes and Atlantic Ocean on the St. Lawrence River Seaway, village dock, and local history museum. Minutes from Tibbetts Point Lighthouse & area attractions.

The Lake Ontario Hotel Room

Come and enjoy our cozy and unique hotel room type atmosphere located right in the middle of town! We are located next to a gift shop, across the street from two restaurants and a diner and the public lakefront Park and new access point is also across the street and about a 3 minute walk to public fishing and more! Small back deck, Wi-Fi, small mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Just 15 minutes or so to the thousand islands and located in the heart of outstanding fishing and boating!

Welcome to our cozy country retreat. Our guesthouse offers everything you need to unplug from the hustle of the city. Whether its enjoying a coffee on the lounge chair while watching the sunrise; stargazing on the patio; sitting around a warm campfire; or falling asleep under our son's handcrafted cedar strip canoe: this retreat was designed to maximize a unique experience. The building is completely separate from our family hobby-farm and offers a secluded space for our guests.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Deer Run

Clayton, New York in the Thousand Islands Region in close to where Lake Ontario flows into the St. Lawrence River which divides United States and Canada. State Route 12E runs along side the river. There are actually 1852 islands in the region. Come explore the beautiful scenic waterways along with numerous attractions. The local restaurants offer local dining many with lake and river views. This is a private country 3 bedroom home offerring a quiet and restful vacation.

Bachelor Apt close to Queen's/Downtown Kingston

This third-floor apartment is VERY close to Queen’s University as well as Lake Ontario and historic downtown Kingston. The private, third-floor entrance is at the back of the house and at the top of two flights of outdoor, narrow, metal stairs (the original fire escape). The homeowners live on the first two floors. Making this the ideal space for someone looking for a quiet space close to Queen's and downtown Kingston. No parking provided. It has air conditioning.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

Welcome to our Lakefront Sunset Cottage! Close to Cape Vincent, Clayton, Sackets Harbor, and more! The perfect family friendly place to bring the boat, enjoy the picturesque views, the lakefront property, and the relaxing area! The sunsets and sunrises are spectacular! Enjoy the views from the deck. There is also a conveniently located public boat launch and public beach area at the top of the road.
