The Berkshires are beautiful in the fall , come stay ! 5 minute drive to town. Walk to the Green River , hike the trails. We provide all basic household supplies. Views overlook a 30 acre farm (south) and mountains (east). The studio is in a separate building with a private entrance. The 4 acre property includes perennial and vegetable gardens, an orchard and walking paths. The studio is easily accessible to biking, hiking, swimming, and numerous cultural attractions.

Large storefront converted to colorful open plan apartment in the heart of downtown Troy. Blocks away from RPI, and steps away from most of Troy's nightlife. Warning: this urban bohemian experience may bring back memories of Williamsburg Brooklyn or Downtown LA in the 90's. Note that sounds from outside and adjacent apartments may bother light sleepers, so don't book this one if that is a concern for you. Also parties are not allowed because of close neighbors! Thanks!

Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pot & pans. Full bath with smaller stand up shower. Queen size bed.

Cozy yet sleeps 4 -6 good friends or family comfortably- because there are several different cool areas to hang out & relax. There is a semi private bedroom ( shoji screen walls so not sound or light proof) a pull out Queen size bed in the living room and a full size bed in the sleeping loft.
