You will have a front row view of a working horse farm from this private guest house on the edge of Country Life Farm's Merryland Thoroughbred Nursery. "Merrywell" A 3 bedroom, stucco on stone historic house dating to the early 1900's. The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property will be available by end of May 2024.

We are located in a breathtaking park-like setting in stunning Lake Manor, near North Roland Park, and one block from Lake Roland Park. The space is a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment on ground floor with a large great room/living space, separate kitchen and private entrance, in a large beautifully preserved mid-century modern home. The owners live upstairs, but the spaces are distinct, private and separated by a heavy curtain. Very little noise bleeds through.
