A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully set up, and just as described (if not better). The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The space was cozy, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere. This was truly one of the best Airbnb stays I've had – I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and top-notch experience. Esto si es bueno y barato. Desde que llegué antes de hacer el check-in ya tenía mensajes con una lista de todo lo cercano: rest, parques, supermercados, diversión, garajes etc. Estaban a un mensaje, pendientes, atentos por si necesitaba algo. Hablé con Pablo, un caballero muy respetuoso, amable, cómico, nos brindó otro abanico para la sala aunque los cuartos cuentan con buen aire acondicionado que deja la casa fría y fresca. La cocina, baño, muy bien equipados, sala bastante cómoda donde me llevé a mi perra que es grande y ella estaba muy cómoda. Se paseó por la urb. y todo muy tranquilo es excelente ubicación. El jacuzzi maravilloso y tiene vista. No hay vecinos o casas visibles así que es bastante privado. Cuenta con “carpa” afuera para no mojarse si fuera a llover. Definitivamente me volvería a quedar, recomiendo todo a ojos cerrados, no se arrepentirán.

Our stay was excellent. From the beginning, the hosts were very kind and flexible, allowing us to check in early and pick up our luggage after check-out, which made our trip much easier. The place was exactly as described, comfortable, and well-equipped. Definitely a great option to stay in Carolina. Highly recommended!

Chloe's place was very beautiful. We squeezed 4 adults in there (all family) and we felt comfortable. Lots of instructions for the building but Chloe and Maite left very clear a lots of instructions. I felt safe in the building. There are several local restaurants nearby, specially a pharmacy which came in clutch with all the tanning/ burning we were doing on the beach. She has chairs for the beach and a mini cooler for drinks. Otherwise the beach offers lounge chairs and umbrellas for a decent price. The parking garage was secure. The place is small so unless you are comfortable with squeezing four people in there, then it would be more comfortable keeping it to two people only. Kitchen is small but she has a coffee maker and microwave with coffee, tea and seasonings available. Overall, the view was spectacular. If you go to Old San Juan, get a car because the Ubers are a bit expensive past Santurce. We spent $25 one way from there. Otherwise, our stay was great! Thank you!!

The place i rented was very clean i loved that it had a room separated from the little living room and kitchen its a Studio but having that room its a plus. its good for up to 4 people it also has a Sofa bed i will recommend this for sure

very helpful and friendly owners , clean house , helpful things like blow dryer , beach towels , a steamer for clothes. has a smart tv in the living room. an ac unit in the bedroom. would definitely stay again if i visit.

Our stay was great, the neighborhood and place itself was beautiful. The hot tub was a good addition. I have no complaints I would stay again!

Loved Ariels beautiful home. Very well decorated and you can tell they spent time and money upgraded the home. It’s comfortable and centrally located. Beds were comfy. AC’s worked great!!! We enjoyed our stay!!!

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Staying at Alan’s house was truly a highlight of our trip to Puerto Rico! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could ask for—including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. Alan was a fantastic host—communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. He gave us great local recommendations and left gifts for my birthday in the house champagne, house slippers and face masks for me and my party of 6 to make us feel extra special. He also accommodated a late check out! The location was ideal too—peaceful and relaxing, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, don’t hesitate—book Alan’s place. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!

Great place, felt like home away from home! It is right on the beach! Kitchen has everything you need, bathrooms have everything as well - even hair spray (didn’t use, but was impressed). All beach items: chairs, towels, bags etc. Place was clean and very comfortable. Internet and roku tv in living room and in bedroom. AC in each room. Milly is a great host and was extremely helpful. Overall we had a fantastic time there! The building itself was a bit dated, but while we were there it was being painted from outside- so clearly improving. Pool first impression- looked dated as well, but it was clean and well maintained, so we ended up enjoying it. It was especially handy in the windy days, as it has high walls and covers you from winds and sand!

The location was fantastic! Right on the beach. Parking was easy with a dedicated stall in the building. Views were breathtaking from every room. Jose was very responsive and answered every question prior to arrival.

We had a great time at Leon’s place. He was an amazing host and the actual space was beautiful. Perfect location for walking and enjoying the surrounding neighborhood. Felt very safe with the security on property. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Elias's place. We had plenty of space for all of us and the kids loved the pools and basketball hoops.

The host is super nice and super responsive. We unfortunately had a black out, totally out of her control but she kept us updated before we even knew about it ourselves and assured us she was there if we needed anything. Location is great, it’s near a super market, the beach and the pool is clean. Would recommend to a friend.

A beautiful ocean view to wake up to in the morning! Mary was a great host and allowed us entry 2 hours early. We spent nearly every day on the beach which was literally right outside the bldg. It was so convenient to have 2 chairs and umbrella set up for us on the beach all day long for only $20. Mary communicated quickly on any questions. While we were hit with a 2 day full island blackout, Mary was quick to provide info on how to manage the situation. The building had generators for the elevators, opening our balcony sliders and windows provided a great ocean breeze so didn't miss the AC. She let us know of a secret spot right outside our apartment where we could charge phones on the generator power. All the nearby hotels had generators/full power and honestly wasn't a problem. Mary's place was close to Condado and Old San Juan so we made several Uber trips. The apartment was clean and Mary provided all the necessities. I would recommend staying at Mary's place!
