My friends and I went out our annual girls trip to puerto rico and decided to stay here! it’s directly on the beach, has restaurants within walking distance, and was overall in a great location. Alfredo was very responsive with any questions we had which was very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Everything about our stay was amazing! The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Manuel was the kindest host- so warm, attentive and easy to communicate with. He also sent us a list of recommended places to visit, which we really appreciated. We’re already looking forward to coming back! 🫶🏼

Location was great a lot of people said it was hard to find but the directions are fool proof if you follow what the host sends. I felt very safe and experienced no issues with the neighborhood. The dogs are a real issue. There are 3 dogs on one side and 2 dogs on the side and stray cats that roam around at night. I overlooked the review about the dogs at night thinking someone was just being sensitive. This isn’t your usual occasional barking dog that wakes you from a light sleep. These dogs are kept outside ALL night and one of them HOWLSSS all night. I really mean it, it does not shut up. Some nights are worse like when it rains. They are kept outside so he howls even more. The place is great and exactly as described only issue are the dogs at night.

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

We ended up booking this place last minute, one day before we were supposed to arrive because the place we previously had booked had some alarming reviews, and to say this place was home away from home is an understatement, even though we generally didn’t come in until bed time, it was nice to come back to a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay! And it was nice to be a little away from all the tourists areas at the end of the day. The only negative was issues with the gps at first which the host was super responsive and helpful.

We had a great stay at Juan’s place—it was very cozy and comfortable. We happened to be there during a blackout, and Juan was incredibly accommodating with his battery backup system. He stayed on top of communication and made sure we were taken care of during the situation. He also kindly allowed my husband and me to check in early, which we really appreciated. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. Fresh towels were provided for convenience. Just a heads-up to future guests: be sure to bring your own body wash, and the water temperature in the shower stays more on the lukewarm side rather than hot—if I had to list any cons, that would be the only one. The restaurant downstairs is amazing—great food and a super convenient option. Plus, the beach is very close, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again when we come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Ricardo's place was great! We had 7 adults staying here, and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The mattresses were very comfortable. And everything was very clean! The house itself could use some modernizing but overall everything was great. Ubers were easy to call, and the location is super close to the San Juan airport. Ricardo was also very responsive and was also willing to let us keep our luggage on the premise after check out. I will flag that there is a washer/dryer, but it requires quarters. Also, this is Puerto Rico and so mosquitoes are everywhere - just be aware that they can get into the house if you keep the door open for too long. There is a 24-hour supermarket in the neighborhood, and the beach is right there. Great place if you plan to hang in San Juan, if you are wanting to spend more time in El Yunque, then this airbnb is far.

We stayed at Casa CA-LI-AD with two families (4 adults, 3 kids under 8) and had an amazing experience. The listing is accurate—everything was as described, clean, and very family-friendly. It’s close to the airport, attractions, and a supermarket, which made things super convenient. During our stay, there was a rare island-wide blackout, and the host went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The property’s generator made a huge difference and gave us peace of mind. Pro tip: when using Uber, enter Casa CA-LI-AD with the dashes—otherwise it might not show up in the app. As a fellow Airbnb superhost, I can honestly say this place is exceptionally well cared for. Highly recommend for families!

Manuals place is a great place to stay. Clean, spacious and comfortable beds. In a way it’s just like the photos but in another it’s better. We were two females and found it really comfortable and felt safe walking around. 5-10mins walk to the nearest beach depending on how slow you walk. And a lovely 20-30mins walk along the beach to the main area of Isla Verde. Lots of restaurants nearby plus Supermax with was open 24/7. Having read the reviews we were prepared for water issues but the water seemed consistently hot enough during our 8 night stay. Kitchen was great and the washer drier were a dream We had a slight issue with the clogging of the shower drain but that could’ve been my hair. Manual and his cousin came almost straight away and were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend and thanks again for fixing my glasses!!

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Me and a group of friends stayed at Reiner’s lovely home and absolutely enjoyed our stay! It was our first time on the island and having the location be super close to the airport was perfect! You would think that there would be too much air traffic noise but absolutely not! Our favorite part of the house was definitely the upper deck that allowed us to relax and take in the weather throughout the day!Just around the corner were some food shops and a surf shop as well! The beach is about 10 minutes from the home and old San Juan is 20 minutes. I would 100% stay at Reniers home again for our next visit to Puerto Rico!

Maris place was just perfect ! A 5 min walk to the beach and 10-15 min walk to local restaurants and markets. Just a few mins from the main strip of San Juan, the location was amazing. The apartment was spacious and the view from the balcony was breathtaking! I will 10000% be back !

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

Can't say enough good things - we stayed here two nights as a family of four. Small but very comfortable space with great view & very kid-friendly beach. Allison was super proactive communicating and checked in after the power went out. We had a hot night with no lights/fan/AC but no fault of hers and she even discounted our stay in recognition of it. Would have no hesitations returning, thank you Allison!

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.

Really enjoyed this place it’s in an excellent area and lots of things to do for urself or with family.
