Our property is tucked away at the top of a .7 mile private road, on a 10 acre farm, with amazing views of the valley, hills, city, & breathtaking sunset right from the living room/ kitchen. Our quaint country home is located on the Placer county wine/ ale trail, near wineries and breweries, 2 miles to Hidden Falls, and close to many of California’s best hiking trails

Inside you will be welcomed by a cozy atmosphere. Take advantage of this convenient location to Scott’s flat reservoir, the Parliament and Hoot mountain bike trails. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Recently updated 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home nestled among large pines, cedars and oaks. Located in a gated neighborhood between two quaint gold rush towns with shopping, wine tasting, hiking trails and sight seeing. Ski areas easily accessible for day trips. Rest or dine on the deck with a glass of local wine and watch the friendly deer wander past sometimes stopping to say hello.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

Nevada City is just 15 to 20 minutes away, with Bullards Bar Reservoir just 10 minutes away for fishing and boating. Lots of hiking and mountain bike riding trails nearby. BBQ on the rear deck while you view the river in the backyard with your own private beach.
