Il palazzo si trova a pochi passi dai maggiori siti di interesse storico della città. Sotto casa si trovano metro, bus, taxi. La casa, di circa 120 mq, é elegantemente arredata con mobili antichi e oggetti tipici siciliani ed è dotata di tutti i confort. Luogo ideale per girare la città ma anche per godere della movida catanese.

Active since May 2022 and now managed directly by the owner, it is located on the third floor without a lift. It consists of 2 double bedrooms (one with bed + sofa bed), 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, small terrace and laundry. From the balcony you can admire the beauty of the Etna volcano.

La casa si trova al primo piano di un palazzetto storico situato in via Antonino di Sangiuliano, la principale strada che dal mare porta al centro storico di Catania, la posizione strategica permette di vivere e visitare il centro storico completamente a piedi, in quanto è a pochi passi dai principali punti di interesse della città come piazze, monumenti, musei, chiese, bellezze architettoniche, ristoranti, bar e la via Etnea con i suoi negozi.

“Terrazza Sveva” es un suntuoso apartamento que se encuentra en el segundo piso de una “palazzina” (pequeño edificio) del siglo XIX sin ascensor. Su superficie es de alrededor de 150 metros cuadrados y se desarrolla en dos niveles. Destaca su amplia terraza con vista en primera fila del Castello Ursino.
