The property is situated in the rolling hills and oak trees of Catheys Valley. The sunrise and sunsets are gorgeous and the night sky has an unobstructed view of the stars.

Bearfoot Bungalow is the lower/ground level of a fully remodeled, darling duplex (with it’s own entrance and no access between the 2 levels.) Located in Historic Mariposa, just a quick walk to downtown. Enclosed, private space with hot tub. You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility.
