We had the best experience at this AirBnB! Karleen knew we were celebrating bdays and she set the house up with decor, a homemade cake and jam, wine, and s’mores kits! We felt so cared for by her! The view is stunning though there is a highway in the way of the lake view just fyi. Everything was spotless and plenty of cook/serve ware was provided for our 18 guests. Karleen was very responsive and so sweet! Lots of bugs due to being by water so bug traps and/or bug spray would be amazing to have at this location! Overall amazing experience!! Thank you!

We had a great time and made wonderful memories celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was very spacious and very accommodating to my family of 8. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the lake, drinking our coffee. We enjoyed fishing off the private pier, swimming, lounging on the lily pad, riding jet skis rented from Southside Water Sports. The game room/bunk room was also fun! We spent some time in there playing pool after a long day on the water. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I had a few minor concerns and they were very receptive.

Great relaxing lake house. The back porch and party dock are both perfect for enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee! Great amenities and access to the lake!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We spent the weekend with extended family and there was plenty of room for everyone! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and visiting. Beautiful and quiet location. Regina was helpful and responsive during our stay and this home is an amazing value. We will be back!!

My family and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving vacation at Victor’s lake house! The home is beautifully situated on Cedar Creek Reservoir with a charming view. There was so much for the adults, and kids, to do while we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Kayaks, paddle boards, outside games and a game room kept everyone entertained. During our stay we had Thanksgiving and did not plan on cooking. On Victor’s recommendation we got food from Vernon’s Lakeside and had a full course turkey dinner with all the traditional sides and it was delicious! Literally everything about our stay was amazing and we’re looking forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful spot for our family - we were always busy with cornhole, ping pong, pool, hanging out near the lake and bird watching. Loved being able to grill dinner and eat outside on the covered deck.

Randy’s place was wonderful and they thought of everything. Even though it was after Christmas, we were coming there for our family Christmas, and they had it decorated beautifully. Beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful place. If you’re looking for a wonderful place, with lots of activities, beautiful surroundings, and a feel of home, this is it!

Michael made contact, was quick to respond. I had an issue where I overlooked the No Pets. Michael was able to get me in another airbnb. Of course, I had to pay additional but it was a beautiful home, my kids loved it and the lake view was amazing.

This was a phenomenal experience! Brian went above and beyond for our family to provide a memorable 14th birthday for my son. The house was spacious, clean and had everything you needed for a family. Even accommodations for my 4 year old and 4 month old. He was truly truly wonderful. There was a small issue with the pool and Brian drove all the way to the airbnb to correct it then took care of us. I can’t say enough how fantastic he was and how fantastic the home was! We will definitely be back!

The lake was beautiful and peaceful. Sandra was extremely responsive even though I messaged often. She was very communicative and polite. Very accommodating. Overall great experience and hope to visit again soon.

Such a beautiful place to stay, and our hosts were amazing in every way, would recommend this airbnb to anyone. Great people to stay with, so accommodating and just make you feel right at home, we had a short stay but will definitely be back in the future for extended stays. God Bless!

we loved it we fished and had a fantastic visit with family . the place is out the way and so very peaceful. there were so many games and stuff for kids to do Noone was bored . this is our second visit here I highly recommend

From the moment we drove up there was a peaceful sense of beauty. The grounds were well maintained and the home very welcoming. The classic decor mixed with the country setting was exactly what we were looking for. The house and the pool were very clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch viewing the next door cows, horses, mules, goats and visiting Guineas. A very relaxing weekend!

I stayed at Angel's place for over 2 months. I was working out of town. Angel's ace had everything i needed to be comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful place to come to after working. The on site laundry facilities were a great bonus to my stay. I would definitely recommend Angel's place to for business or pleasure 👍

We stayed here for my retreat farmstay bachelorette and I truly can't say enough great things. The house is even better in person than the pictures. I already want to come back because 3 days isn't enough. Destine was super helpful, responsive and kind. The property is truly something special that's one of a kind. I'll treasure my time here forever and hope to be back soon!

We loved this trip! So many memories were made. The house is perfect! It had everything we needed, we felt like home. I loved that they had a keurig coffeemaker we would get up early make coffee and sit in the backyard patio and enjoy the view. We got some rain but that didn’t stop the fun, there are a lot of games to play and the grandkids played the Wii. Everything was perfect! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

My family really enjoyed this beautiful place. Neighborhood was very peaceful and inviting. Home is how is described and we would stay there again any day. Loved the deck and tree swing. This is a great place for a quiet getaway. Perfect location for our activities in Canton & Mabank. Beautiful scenery. Great place to go back to in the evening and relax. Very comfortable and clean!

Taylor is very nice and helpful. We were traveling for work, but the house is unique and fun. We would stay again if we were back in the area.

This was our second time staying at Courtney's place and we absolutely loved our stay. The home is spotless, well-appointed, and the beds are beyond comfy! We've stayed at many short-term rentals and this one is so peaceful and relaxing. The sunroom with wall-to-wall windows offers a beautiful place to feel like you're outside in nature, but without the Texas bugs. :) And the sunset views from the top floor of the dock are stunning! Courtney is a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!
