You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. We are a block away from the Applegate Trail head which will take you to Coler Trails where you can ride trails, play in the creek, and enjoy a coffee at Airship. We are also minutes away from Downtown Bentonville, and several other yummy destinations. Our garage has been designed with the biker in mind with bike tools and extra bikes.

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape!
