Nous avons adoré notre séjour, l’appartement était vraiment nickel ! La vue est vraiment magnifique, nous avions le tram juste en face donc c’était vraiment pratique pour les déplacements. Nous étions avec nos 4 enfants et l’espace pour les enfants était super ! L’hôte était très réactif à nos demandes , il répondant très rapidement, c’était vraiment chouette 🥳 on se réjouit de revenir ! 🥰

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet. Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll. Bus- und Strassenbahnstationen sind nur 1 Minute entfernt. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Angeliki-Chaizel ist eine äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Place was clean and tidy, many extra things were available like coffee, beach mats and other things that came in handy. The owner was responsive and very friendly Highly recommend staying here

Το κατάλυμα ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό και πολύ λειτουργικό, με πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση. Η Άννα ήταν πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία.

Konaklamamız boyunca ev sahibi ile iletişimimiz iyiydi. Ev temizdi, çok güzel kokuyordu, tek sıkıntımız lavabo oldu biraz fazla küçüktü. Banyonun perdesinin olması hijyen konusunda sorgulattı ama yine de gözle görülür bir şey yoktu ve o da evin güzel olmasının yanında herhangi büyük bir sıkıntı yaratmadı. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık özellikle muhit konusunda çok mutlu olduk çünkü güvenilir gözüküyordu, park yeri bulurken zorlanırız diye düşünüyorduk ama şansımıza çok kolay bulduk. Eve yakın market, cafe ve gyros tarzı şeyler yiyebileceğiniz bir sürü yer bulunuyor.

Alex's place was just what I needed after a long day of traveling. Very spacious, immaculately clean, super comfy bed and brand new appliances in the kitchen. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with restaurants and spots just a short walk away. Thank you Alex! :)

This property beat all expectations, it was more beautiful than it looked in the photos and has clearly been thoroughly thought of when renovating. The furnishings are beautiful and the amenities are just everything you need and more. I can’t wait to go back and stay again.

My friend and I had a nice time in this apartment and would recommend it to everyone who wants to spend some time outside of Athens. The area was quiet and you could still easily reach the city center by Bus/Train. The Apartment itself was lovely and we enjoyed sitting and eating outside in the sun! Other than that it offered everything you needed for cooking and making coffee which was nice:) Thank you!

Υπέροχη μεζονέτα με ωραία διακόσμηση, πολύ ευρύχωρη, σε ήσυχη περιοχή με άνετο πάρκινγκ. Η Μαριάννα εξαιρετική host πολύ φιλόξενη και φιλική. Το προτείνω σε όλους είναι θαυμάσιο. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

sehr freundliche Vermieter, immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns optimal, nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hospital Mediterrano.! Auch das Parken war problemlos, hatten gleich Parkplatz vor dem Haus gefunden. Um die Ecke hätte es weitere Parkplätze gegeben! Alles optimal für uns. Vielen Dank!

Amazing hospitality. This was a last-minute, late evening booking due to an unforeseen change in travel. Panayotis was very responsive and incredibly generous in offering to give me a ride when he was already in the area and then storing my luggage in the morning for an hour past the check-out time I didn't have time to take full advantage of the upstairs veranda but enjoyed my walk to the little chapel nearby and along the coastline. Panayotis also offered some suggestions for the next leg of travel in Greece.

Maria's place was a very good fit for us, a family of 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The apartment is very spacious and clean. It was quiet and comfortable. Maria was very nice and very quick and easy to communicate with. Thank you very much, Maria.

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev çok temiz, konforlu ve her şey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş. İhtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu ve kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Lokasyon da oldukça merkezi ve ulaşım çok rahattı. Ev sahibimiz ise çok ilgili, nazik ve yardımseverdi. Kendimizi çok hoş karşılanmış ve güvende hissettik. Bu kadar düşünceli bir ev sahibiyle karşılaşmak gerçekten büyük şanstı. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καθαρός είχε ο,τι μπορούσε κάποιος να χρειαστεί για μια άνετη διαμονή, θέρμανση, άνετος χώρος, ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ κατατοπιστικός με όλες τις λεπτομέρειες για τη διαμονή και τον χώρο. Σίγουρα θα είναι ξανά στις επιλογές μας!

Konstantinos is located in a peaceful and safe part of Athens. The apartment is in very nice condition, the pictures are not deceiving. He is a very kind host, always quick to respond and even provided food and toiletries. There is a Lidl about 10 minutes walk away, where you can buy cheap groceries. I highly recommend staying in Athens if you don't mind the city centre being a bit far away. The 40 bus is calculable and the metro is close by too. And Athens and Greece are wonderful, needless to say. And let's not forget the lovely cats :)

Booked Niko’s place last minute and he was able to accommodate me within short notice. The view was unreal and so worth it! Tons of cafes and shopping available nearby. Watching the sunset from the hot tub was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Very happy and enjoyed to stay at the apartment. Michael is very friendly and wonderful. He let us checked-in early that very helpful for us not to wait after get off from the cruise ship. Will stay again if we visit Athens for a vacation...

What a great place! I was in town for work and stayed a week. The balcony is huge and the shower is one of the best I’ve had. The real gem of this place is the hospitality of Luis. He was always on hand to help with a smile, and is a fantastic host who goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben es sehr in Palaio Faliro genossen. Tasos war sehr hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Die Wohnung befand sich in einem belebten aber dennoch schönen Viertel. Bis zum Strand waren es 3 Gehminuten, Restaurants und Bars etc, waren direkt vor der Haustür. Würde hier jederzeit wiederherkommen, wenn ich mich dazu entscheiden sollte Athen zu besuchen.
