it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Appartement clair, lumineux et facile à trouver. Meublé moderne. Place de parking indispensable et super utile mais mal placée au fond du parking coincée entre un mur et un rail, attention les éclats de peinture en ouvrant les portières... Le quartier est bien desservi en Bus, et un Edeka se trouve à 5 minutes à pieds, génial ! Christoph est joignable très facilement et répond aux questions rapidement et efficacement. La nuit, la rue est très passagère et bruyante (nous sommes venus en Avril 2025, il faisait beau et chaud, et je ne pense pas pouvoir vire ou dormir les fenêtres ouvertes en été...). Dans l'appartement, rien ne manque pour pouvoir y vivre au quotidien sauf une machine à laver : elle est dans le descriptif de l'annonce mais elle n'est pas dans l'appartement, où est elle ? Pour nous, Français qui ne pratiquons pas le même tri des déchets que vous en Allemagne, nous n'avons trouvé aucune consigne claire, merci de faire un effort dans l'explications de celles-çi ...

Die kleine Wohnung von Katharina und Max war ideal für unseren Zwischenstopp auf der Rückreise nach Berlin. Max hat uns sehr herzlich begrüßt und hilfreiche Tips für den Abend gegeben. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Für ein Kurztrip nach Regensburg können wir die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Bäcker, Restaurant und Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit entfernt. Alles super, danke. LG Dietmar und Johannes

War eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, ist zentral und in wenigen Fußminuten ist alles erreichbar. Michal stand uns für Fragen immer zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist besonders an den heißeren Tagen ein Highlight. Christian ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Wir uns zu einer jeden Zeit bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann von dort aus sehr schön wandern gehen , das Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang den man am Abend perfekt vom Balkon aus sehen konnte. Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

I had a fantastic stay at Ly Air B&B! The place was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The host was warm, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for my visit. One of the best things was the location—it was peaceful yet conveniently close to a grocery store, which made things super easy during my stay. All the little touches, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful amenities, made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay!

Náš tydenní pobyt byl opravdu skvely! Martiny byt je krásne zarízen, vse co potrebujete tam naleznete. A hlavne bylo vse ciste a utulne. Zastavka na tramvaj je hned za rohem a i pesky je to velmi blizko do stredu mesta. 100% doporuceni!!! Moc dekujeme a radi se nekdy v budoucnu opet ubytujeme.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da, weil das Haus einfach zauberhaft ist. Es ist blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir genießen die Ruhe und die Gegend und vorallem die gute Luft, hier kann man voll vom Alltag abschalten. Hatice ist immer total freundlich und super unkompliziert. Vor Ort, nebenan wohnen ihre Schwiegereltern. Super Leit, die immer erreichbar sind und gleich helfen, wenn man was braucht. Könnte nicht besser sein. Gern wieder!

This was a great holiday home. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Quite a historic building, situated in a village setting, the house had a few quirks but these just added to the character. Because of unseasonal weather we needed to light a fire to warm up during part of our stay - ample firewood was provided, and the fire was very easy to manage and kept the place nice and warm. The surroundings are pleasant and the nearby town of Geiselhöring has good facilities including a choice of supermarkets and a petrol station. Straubing, a little further away, is a nice place to visit and you can go and watch the Straubing Tigers ice hockey team! Trains from Geiselhöring station can get you to Munich, Nuremberg and even Salzburg without driving for a reasonable cost if you get a Bayern-Ticket. The host was very friendly and considerate, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, da die Adresse der Unterkunft nicht mit der in Airbnb übereinstimmt. Wir haben dann über Google Maps hingefunden. Sonst war wirklich alles top!

Wir haben mit Oma / Opa und unserem Hund ein paar wundervolle Tage in Manuela ihrem idyllischen Haus verbracht. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet! Wir kommen gern wieder :)

Bisher die beste Unterkunft in der wir waren. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit war wirklich super. Die Umgebung ist wirklich traumhaft schön. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu besichtigen. Leider war es noch etwas zu kalt für den großzügigen Pool aber wir haben fest vor im Sommer noch einmal hinzufahren. Was uns mit am besten gefallen hat war die Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber. Holger und Brigitte sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns sehr schöne Ausflugsziele empfohlen. Auch unsere kleine hatte großen Spaß mit den Hühnern und Kücken. Ich bin sehr auf die neuen Aktivitäten gespannt, die Holger und Brigitte nach und nach anbieten werden. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Holger und Brigitte.

Ons verblijf in huis WaldNur was werkelijk fantastisch! Bij aankomst werden we verwelkomd met een fles champagne, wat een geweldige start van onze vakantie was. Zelfs onze hond werd niet vergeten. Ze voelde zich meteen thuis dankzij haar eigen dekentje en speelgoed dat al klaar lag. Het huis zelf is perfect. Het is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt en de kwaliteit van alle voorzieningen is hoog. Je merkt dat er veel aandacht is besteed aan details om gasten zich echt comfortabel te laten voelen. De locatie is een oase van rust met een prachtig uitzicht. We hebben ontzettend genoten van de natuur rondom het huis. We maakten mooie wandelingen in de omgeving en gingen skiën in Hochficht, wat gemakkelijk te bereiken is. Tot slot willen we Andi en Meli bedanken. Hun gastvrijheid en vriendelijkheid hebben ons verblijf nog specialer gemaakt. Dit is zonder twijfel een plek waar we graag nog eens terugkomen!

The apartment is spacious and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. We liked it a lot!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist fußläufig perfekt zu erreichen, das Auto steht in dem Parkhaus, welches 1 Minute entfernt liegt und für das Frühstück gibt es incl. leckerer Brötchen alles im Supermarkt, der im Erdgeschoß liegt. Daher können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Astrid und Bernd sind so nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, dass man sich gleich wie Zuhause fühlt! Die Wohnung ist noch viel geräumiger als sie auf den Fotos zu sein scheint und hat eine tolle Ausstattung mit allem, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Ich kann die Wohnung wirklich jedem empfehlen, der eine schöne Zeit in Passau verbringen möchte!

Schöne Unterkunft, gute Ausstattung, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Resort, Wanderwege vor der Tür.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Super schönes Airbnb. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Richard lief super, er antwortete jedes Mal innerhalb von 5 Minuten. Da wir während der Weihnachtszeit da waren, war das Airbnb sogar mit Weihnachtlicher Deko geschmückt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!
