When booking our home, you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The comfortable queen size bed has storage space underneath and a 45 inch TV and everything you would need for an enjoyable stay.

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

Welcome to our place. It's nestled in the heart center of Cleveland, Tn in a secured and quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.

Lovely, relaxing & secluded river house. Perfect for a family getaway. Relax & unwind in our recently renovated, mid-century modern inspired home. If you like to fish, this is the perfect spot for you, as you have direct access to the Hiwassee River. Not a fisherman? Grab a book & relax on the private dock or sun porch. LIMITED INTERNET ACCESS. This is a great place to relax & unplug. The internet in the area is very slow.

Minutes Away From Adventure in the Outdoors

Clean, comfortable, quiet and private, near shopping mall, restaurants, lakes, white water rafting, hiking, fishing, swimming, picnicking. Only 13 minutes from Lee University. Only 7 minutes from OCI (Omega Center International) This suite is part of the house, private, with its own entrance. Hosts live in other area of home. If you need the airbed, please let the host know so that it can be set up before you arrive.
