Our family had great time staying here. It was clean with up to date appliances. House was large enough to fit 13 of us comfortably, with more space for much more people. It was nice exploring DC knowing that we had a relaxing place to rest after. Neighbors were friendly and house was right down the street from grocery store and about 25 minutes from DC. Ten minutes from the harbor. Our kids and my parents felt at home, and that was important for my siblings and I.

Our stay in North Beach was lovely! This was the perfect getaway for us, our 11-month old baby, and our dog. The house came equipped with all features as-advertised, including the hot tub, Peloton equipment, and coffee gear (all of which we used). Our dog loved the sunny lookouts, and our baby loved crawling and climbing the many stairs. (The house was extremely clean, and we had no qualms letting the baby crawl everywhere.) Kim and Scott were especially responsive; there was a brief issue the night we arrived, and they were right over to fix it in-person. We will definitely be back!

Launched the brand new sailboat I designed and built at a nearby boatyard and took it out for a few days of sea-trials. Terri's place could not have been better situated for this. Boat yard and restaurants all within walking distance. Plenty of stores nearby for supplies, and fortunately not right next to the house; the neighborhood is awesome. House is great for two couples - plenty of room w/spacious bedrooms, nice kitchen with big dining table, comfy living room with a great view of the harbor.

Perfect weekend away! The home backed up to the Chesapeake Bay. The home was very relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

We loved our stay at John’s! He stocked the fridge with snacks before our arrival and had a detailed list of recommendations and amenities for us to peruse. It was a cozy and clean place to stay with many walkable restaurants and tourist attractions. He was also a kind and responsive host. Highly recommend!!

This was our 2nd stay here...a wonderful home base when visiting DC! Colorful, cozy, sparkling clean & spacious...we enjoy comfortably relaxing in a convenient city location. Such a charming English basement rental and so convenient to eastern market - well appointed with fun art, comfortable sitting and cooking areas! We checked in late and Casey made sure the lights were on so that we could easily access the unit- pretty cherry blossoms waiting at the front door were a fun bonus!! Definitely recommend! We are seniors so the English basement stairs were, as expected, just a tad narrow and steep for us, but we managed just fine! 💕

That was a great place to stay for several days. The location was excellent, with shops nearby and a metro station just a few minutes’ walk away. The host was very responsive, and the digital locks made our very late check-in easy. The place is new and very clean. The sofa in the living room transforms into a large bed that comfortably fits two adults. The new, fully equipped kitchen was very convenient for cooking breakfast. Overall, it was a very good choice, and I would certainly stay here again.

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

Just the right amount of space for a small family. We'd return to Christie's on future visits to Washington, D.C. She was an excellent host.

What a cool spot! I took my family to Annapolis to celebrate my sister’s 60th and we stayed on Kent Island at Nila’s place. The drive here is gorgeous. Thinks scenic with mature trees and headed to the water. The grounds are gorgeous with the golf course meandering throughout. Everyone is friendly driving their golf carts and waving. The house is sick! Think mad men for 2024. Felt like I was staying in an upscale hotel with family, cozy bedrooms upstairs. Plus the second living room. Soooo cool. I did get the projector to work and watched a few dvds with the surround sound. That was pretty cool!! I do Airbnb a lot and I would give this experience a 10/10 on all the things that matter - value, comms, thoughtfulness, cleanliness, location etc. thank you Nila!

This was an amazing place to stay!

Frank was an excellent host, and provided my friends and I a great stay in early April. Very clean, looks as advertised, and great for a private getaway.

We had a really wonderful experience at Sean and Angelica's place. The house is very beautiful, peaceful, and has an amazing view. Sean and Angelica were super responsive, friendly, helpful and hospitable. We highly recommend this great place.
