We are repeat visitors to Julie’s place. The quiet, tucked away location in Capitol Hill is close to everything-the Capitol, the Mall and all the museums, Eastern Market and Navy Yard. Close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The space is clean, spacious, light, airy, and well kept. We love it here.

Fantastic location!! Every day we walked to have breakfast in an amazing nearby restaurant and from there walked some more to get to Capitol Hill, Desiree was a great host very responsive, the place was very clean, exactly what we were looking for

The space was beautiful, modern charm, clean, and accommodating. Everything inside the house was easy to find and had everything we needed for a quick DC trip with our 4 kids (including a pizza cutter!). The host even helped us with parking, while we took the metro into DC. Closest station was less than 1 block away. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Just back from a weeks stay at Jill's apartment in Washington . We had a brilliant time , particularly helpful was the additional information on the area , where to eat etc. Chloe's was definitely worth the visit. Everything is easily walking distance from the apartment and just 5 mins to the metro to venture little further afield. The apartment itself was exactly as described and it was helpful to be able to leave our bags on our last day prior to leaving for the airport. Thank you Jill , would highly recommend and if back in Washington would look to stay again.

So many wonderful things to say about this stay. The location was even better than anticipated. Great restaurants, Trader Joe’s, and lovely playground just a couple blocks away. The host went above and beyond to setup a baby bed for us. It was a great place for kids. Not a lot of noise in the neighborhood. The host was very helpful with our questions about riding the metro as we are from a town with no metro. Thank you for accommodating our family with small children!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband & I stayed with our baby and it was ideal, the apartment had everything we needed and was a safe place for our 14 month-old to crawl and play. Great area for a family to stay, lovely park over the street, supermarket and metros within walking distance. This place feels homely despite being in a capital city! You could hear the people above using water etc sometimes and their dogs but it didn’t bother us. Hosts were friendly, responsive and super helpful.

Great location. Responsive hosts. A very clean and comfortable studio. Some noise from above but not too late at night and they do provide earplugs. Kitchen had the basics, but no cooking oil. We had to buy some at the Trader Joe’s just down the street. We lucked out with a parking spot near the house. Owner provides a code so you can print out a pass prior to your arrival. Area felt safe and was very walkable. Metro and bike stand just down the street. We never used our car during the five days we were there. We would stay here again.

This is a lovely home in a neighborhood with a lot of historic charm. Very walkable to the Navy Yard, bikeable to the Anacostia Trail, and we easily walked to the National Mall and the Smithsonian. The house was clean, cozy, and very quiet. Parking was incredibly easy, plentiful, and free. The outdoor spaces were really nice. It rained a bit and we could sit out on the private front porch, and when the sun was out there was a nice back area with tables and chairs. Sam was a kind, responsive, and accommodating host. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Lots of space inside. Kitchen well furnished, with new appliances. Bathrooms were spacious, both with huge walk-in showers. Water temperature was lukewarm, at best. Water heater needs adjustment. Bed configuration was strange. Master bedroom had two single beds, with no flexibility to put beds together. Only one TV in 3 BR home. Overall great accommodations, away from busy streets and noisy neighbors.

Jesse's property was exactly as pictured. What isn't pictured is how amazing the location is. Close to public transit, close to stores, close to resteraunts and bars. The beds where also some of the most comfortable we have slept in many hotel and Airbnb stays. We would specifically look to stay here again next time we are in DC.

It was a lovely home that was well situated near DC, Annapolis & other coastal entertainment areas. We especially enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood & many nearby walks with gorgeous water views. Having a king bed ensuite & 1.5 additional baths plus a fenced in yard for our dog made our stay most enjoyable. We would certainly stay again when next in the area.

Great, Kid friendly, Family oriented. Host is kind and extremely involved and responsive. This will be added to my favorites ❤️

This is a neat little cottage! Very well furnished! Very quiet neighborhood! It was easy to communicate with Scott! For six people this would be very cramped! It’s a long way from the street to the front door so elderly people with mobility problems will find this difficult!

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

Fantastic apartment with an unbeatable location right across from the Supreme Court and U.S. Capitol, and a 2 walk block to Pennsylvania Ave for food/etc. Brian was very helpful. I will be back!

Clean and comfortable air bnb - worked well as a family of 5. Walkable to metro which is what we used for the majority of our transportation. Beds were very comfortable and area felt super safe and community based. Thanks for a great stay!

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Excellent host, very communicative throughout the process. I’ve stayed at the Wyndham several times and this was easily the most pleasant reservation process I’ve had with them.
