Two bedrooms have one queen bed each, one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has two twin beds and one bedroom/downstairs living room has one twin bed. The upstairs living room has 2 couches with tv. The basement living room has 2 couches with a tv - making this home a great place to relax. A deck with 6-seat patio set and new bbq grill are a fun addition to the house and make a great spot for evening relaxation!

Trudy's Cheyenne Apartment

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code. The apartment is not baby friendly, no crib provided.

The bathroom is functional with plenty of hot water. The living room is equipped with a sectional, ceiling fan and large screen TV. The utility room is spacious and complete with a washer and dryer. Centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood with both a front and back porch with gas grill for barbecuing.

Located minutes from the heart of Cheyenne, downtown, you will find historic buildings filled with local businesses that can provide for all your needs. Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!
