Walk to the observation bench at the top of the biggest 50 ft waterfall. Follow the trail behind the falls. Go to Chattanooga, take in the sights and come back for an evening by the outdoor fire ring, or inside fireplace. Pick apples at the local orchard or buy Amish goods from the local farms.
