We enjoyed the house and pool with our family! Anastasia is a good communicator and was easy to talk to and friendly. We loved the location and the house was clean and ready for our visit. Thanks again!

We had a wonderful time. The backyard was extremely tranquil, and there was plenty of room. It also came stocked with normal amenities (others haven't) like salt/pepper/cooking oil so that we can stay in and cook together as opposed to always going out. It was a relaxing environment and will be our go to place anytime I am visiting my family in Chico!

We had a great 3 nights and 4 days staying here. Parking was more than ample for our large group. Furnishings are vintage definitely. Everything in the kitchen worked and there were two refrigerators. The pool is fabulous. Spent a lot of time on the Patio as the weather was just perfect. Had a tournament amongst our group with the shuffleboard and it was great fun. Did not explore much in downtown. We'll definitely be coming back.

The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Absolutely perfect place for our stay. From spacious rooms to the outstanding views. Kitchen was well equipped and lovely. The main floor was easily accessible from the side door on the driveway side. Loved all the eclectic decorative touches.

This home is lovely with a good location in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. The interior is comfortable and stylish. The home is well furnished, bed was comfortable and the kitchen is complete with everything needed to prepare meals. The owner was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this home.

Chris was very responsive with easy instructions and helpful tips for the house. It is located very close to Chico State across from the high school and an easy walk to downtown (maybe ~20 minutes). As others noted, the floor plan is a little funky but suited the four of us perfectly with good size rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We hope to return!

My family and I chose this place to stay for our brother’s graduation for 3 days and it exceeded our expectations to say the least! Ryan and Beths home is way bigger than what pictures show. It was dog friendly and they even had some doggy supplies to use as well. If you accidentally forgot something for your trip I’m 95% sure they’ll have it there for you! I was shocked to see how many little things as far as toiletries, groceries, etc. that was provided! My doggy loved the backyard and I definitely loved the pool! All Instructions are completely clear and In a guest binder you’ll find in the home. I definitely recommend this place whether you’re just visiting for 1 day or 10! You feel completely at home the moment you walk in, Thank you so much for being such great hosts and we hope to visit again!!!

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean, and had everything we needed plus more. It accommodated all 6 of us and we had so much room to spread out. It’s a beautiful home in a very quiet, safe and pretty neighborhood. We will be staying again next time we come through Chico.

Everything was simply PERFECT! So clean and fresh with beautiful decor accents! The furnishings were very comfortable and great bedroom accommodations. The interior design is extremely well planned with privacy for all guests. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a more charming, wonderful place to stay! Wonderful Airbnb! Very walkable to downtown the cutest little two bedroom one bath and had a great backyard with a fire pit and cornhole game. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Chico. Thank you!

Mike Brown saved our trip! Our first home was canceled literally hours before we were supposed to arrive in Chico. I jumped online and found Mike Brown's residence and was so happy it was available. The home went beyond our expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer. If we are ever back in town that is where I will want to stay.

Really great spot in Oroville or to reach out to other spots in the region. Really nice place and Natalie was a terrific host.

We really enjoyed this home. It was clean and certainly quiet that weekend. We were very entertained my the friendly neighborhood dog across the street. That dog brought out the best in everyone who walked by. It would be a great video to have for a full day of walker to see who stopped and who didn't. Everything in the house was in good working order. Thank you Vicky for a lovely weekend.

Ryan’s place was great! His home did not lack any amenities and he provided everything you would need in a home. Location was a short drive from downtown and the home looked exactly like the pictures. Ryan was responsive and his instructions were clear!
