What a lovely stay. It was an amazing experience! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location felt very safe, surrounded by lush greenery that added to the peaceful vibe. It’s just a few minutes away from the beach by scooter, and close to all the main attractions in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place in Arambol. Peter and Nirmal(the caretaker) ensured that we felt comfortable throughout the whole journey- right from the booking stage till we checked out from the property. Peter has built this property with a lot of love- it shows in the design, furniture pieces and even the cutlery pieces!:) Nestled right on the banks of the Chapora river- this is away from the usual hustle and bustle of the Goan tourist circuit. Come with the right expectations and you will be floored. A must visit experience for all folks who have done the usual things in Goa before.

A Delightful Overnight at Aaicho Wado, Pernem What a lucky find this was! I only wish I had booked it for a few more days. Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Just a 12-minute drive from MOPA Airport, this spot is perfect for those looking to explore the quieter, less commercial side of Goa. I’d absolutely reco

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

Excellent location, fantastic food and warm friendly hosts.. what else do you need on a vacation!!! a very dog friendly place. private access to the beach. small kitchen for personal use. will definitely visit again!! 😀

Kabir and Wahida’s place is a gem. Its just by the river and you wake up to every morning to only find it really blissful. Wahida has been really helpful overall. Great place to stay, a must visit and would recommend anybody who’d want to be in Goa.

A place not to be missed if you love beautiful sea view from a cliff, want to witness around 30 different varieties of birds: from Sunbirds, Munia, lark, Roller to Hornbills, drench yourself in the sea waves or just loiter on virgin beaches to enjoy sun & the sand of three nearby beaches within 1km to 8 km radius; for adventure lovers treks in nearby cliff with real feel of jungle minus the risk!! For star gazers like me starry nights are promised with nice cool breeze on the beautiful patio overlooking Arabian Sea & cliffs on the nearby beaches on one side & open farms on another side with zero light pollution. An experience, that you will cherish for the whole life. Highly recommended!! Don’t miss!!
