Romantic Treehouse- PVT Hot tub, 20 Min to KLT

This unique treehouse was built by me with my own two hands during the pandemic. The architect styled design is one of a kind with huge windows and custom bathroom/kitchen. My grandparents once owned and operated a dairy farm on the land. I want to share the treehouse and surrounding area with my guests. Located on the historic Rt 100 ski highway with easy access to Killington/Pico (20 min), Sugarbush (40 min) & Okemo (45 min). Private salt water hot tub directly under treehouse, new in 2026!

Cabin-by-the-falls

One-bedroom cabin, one double bed, for those who want tranquility. Parking at the main house and then a short walk downhill, then a level rocky trail to the cabin, which is located at a stream and waterfalls. There is a composting toilet, electricity and water. Wifi at main house, on deck, 5 mins walk. Wood burner in cabin, and propane stove in outside kitchen. A stand pipe (potable) or water from nearby stream (non-potable). There is a deck overlooking the stream with a picnic table.

The Barnbrook House

Come relax in the serenity of the quiet countryside. This home boasts beautiful views, a large stone fireplace, and stained glass windows throughout the home. Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen, amenities, and beds with 1500 thread count sheets while exploring the interesting features of this one of a kind house. Sit by the spring fed pond overlooking the property laced with apple trees. The home has direct access to short walking trails and is close to VAST trails for snowmobiling.

THE LOFT, stunning views from a timber framed barn

Welcome to "The Loft". A lofted space on the top floor of a timber framed barn. Private guest house situated on over 250 acres, with fully equipped gourmet kitchen and great views of quiet fields and valley. Pond with diving board for swimming in the summer. Giant sledding hill is a favorite of children and adults alike. Trails on property for hiking, xc- skiing, and snowshoeing. 15 mins to Woodstock VT. 45 mins to Killington,Pico and Okemo. Snowshoeing and hiking right behind house in the Green Mountain National Forest. Easy drive to river swimming holes and lakes. Excellent restaurants in Waitsfield and Middlebury - about half hour. Good restaurant, cafe, small grocery store, in Rochester, 4 miles. Great location, beautiful views, lovely little house, totally private, romantic.
