I had an absolutely delightful experience during my stay at this Airbnb. Both the host and the caretaker were incredibly approachable and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food prepared on the premises. The stay is amazing just like how it’s shown in the picture and described. The house is pristine clean, has all amenities, located just near the main road and has a very positive vibe. Though I travelled with my pets and the entire house was accessible by us, however the house can easily be a good fit for a big family vacation. Coming to the host, Sukhesh is one of the best host I have ever met through AirBnB. Very responsive, friendly, proactive and knowledgeable person. Very interesting and positive person to have a conversation with. The best part is very helping nature and easy going. This is a must place to visit and worth the stay.

Stayed at Jose's property during a visit to Taliparamba. It is a first floor apartment with an independent entrance. Jose and family stays on the ground floor. The apartment has 2 AC bedrooms, a spacious hall, a well equipped kitchen and a big covered balcony. The kitchen has a stove, an induction cooker and a water purifier. The balcony has a TT table, a carrom board, a set of dumbbells and even a treadmill. The location of this property is right in Taliparamba town and there are many good restaurants nearby. Jose and family made us really comfortable. hey were very responsive without being obtrusive and were available for any query we had. Will surely stay with Jose again if I have to be in Taliparamba.

Superb location, pristine house- just like pics the beach is stone throw away. The host is extremely friendly, tried to align to all our requests. Would recommend & would be happy to be back again

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host was flexible, kind, and always attentive, ensuring a smooth experience. The home was modern, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for families, with great amenities for kids. The beautiful garden was perfect for relaxation, and the proximity to the sea was a major highlight. The food service was convenient and delicious, and the host provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. The on-site caretaker was always available to assist and keep the property clean, and an additional cleaning service added to the comfort. The only minor downsides were the lack of hot water and the narrow road leading to the property, which could be challenging for larger vehicles. Despite these small issues (which the host kindly acknowledged and assured to fix or provide a solution), the overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future!

My stay with Shaji and Rahul was truly outstanding, deserving of a 5-star rating. Their hospitality was exceptional, making me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were always quick to respond to any needs, and their friendly demeanor made the entire experience a pleasure. I highly recommend them as hosts for a truly memorable stay.

The place is in a quiet neighborhood. Divya is a great host, very friendly and caring. Though she resides somewhere else, she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Only downside is that the toilet is outside the house, which was little inconvenient for us - Senior Citizens, especially to use the facility in the night.

Our stay at the villa was really good. The house just feel like “home”. Nicely done interiors and decluttered. The villa is spacious for a 6 people stay. Lot of air and light in the villa gives a positive vibe. The place is very close to Payyambalam beach. You can see the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. Krishna was always available whenever help was needed. Kudos to maintaining such a nice house👌
