Venitian apartment new and clean!

Our apartment is called CaMigio, the name stands for the home of Michele and Giorgia. My husband and I are very keen to this apartment and hope to offer you a memorable stay. We love to travel and we know how disappointing is when a location is not like you expected.... We trust people and love meeting new people from all over the world. We manage only this apartment and it is more a passion than a work. We both have another job ... The apartment was completely renovated in 2009. The furniture are of 2010. The house has three bedrooms, 2 doubles and one single with pull-out bed. 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with table and 6chairs overlooking a small private courtyard, a sort of terrace on the ground floor. The house is on the ground floor of a building lot of '900 'Venice'. The environment is quiet but not far from shops, bars and restaurants. The entire apartment can be rented for a maximum of 6 people, including children. The quoted price is per apartment for 4 people. In the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and a oven. We provide towels and sheets for shower that are always fresh and clean. In the kitchen you will also find salt, sugar, coffee, tea, oil and vinegar so you do not have to buy these things and you have them even in a short stay. The water in Venice is good and drinkable. Please contact us for prices and discounts. If your room gets stuck in our calendar you'll get a better price! We usually require a minimum stay of 3 nights but we can also vary depending on the schedule. The house is located in the typical district of Santa Croce. With a short walk you reach the lively Campo Santa Margherita that in recent years becomes a meeting place for all young students and Venetians. The nearest boat stop is San Toma, perfect crossroads to reach Rialto and San Marco. We want to remember that the house is being restored, but it suffers a little Venice 'of moisture, which is why we have installed air conditioning and heating in every room.

Scopriti ambientato in un angolo veramente chic di Venezia a soli cinque minuti da Campo Santa Margherita, il centro della movida veneziana: giovane, vivace e vicino alla zona universitaria di Ca' Foscari. Una scala in stile veneziano conduce all'appartamento situato al primo piano. Proprio perchè collocato in corte "Bonazza" l'appartamento è silenziosissimo, con vista su giardini privati. A comfortable and well furnished apartment, very nice start point for exploring the town, easily reachable from Piazzale Roma. Whit a beautyfull and spacious double room it offer you also a sofa-bed in the living room, usefull if the two persons don't like to share the same bed. In the kitchen you have also the dinner table.The bathroom with shower is equipped with a washing machine. A small, shadowed court complete the apartment. TOURIST TAX The City of Venice ask to every tourist sleeping in Venice to pay a tax. Every people sleeping in this apartment will pay 4 euro/night. The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful roof terrace overlooking a canal. Cosy, quiet and bright, we have decorated it elegantly, but with a personal touch (my father was a master blacksmith and some of the furniture were handmade by him). The building is nestled within a charming hidden garden with luxuriant trees and a few palm trees. Rialto is 15 minutes away and St. Mark’s Square is at a 20-minute walk.
